My answer is yes I would still come here as I would not want to lose contact with the great friends I have made here. However I would not come here as frequently, I would just quickly catch up with people a couple of times a week.
So what would you do in this instance? Would you leave mylot altogether? Or would it not change your particpation here at mylot?

Just to be honest... no, as most mylotter have I started here because of the money and if mylot is not paying us. I think I would use these time to look after other program that pay instead of staying here. But I think mylot is somehow successful, because I dont think we will have so many member if it's only because of money or discussion.

You raise a good point there about mylots success, it wouldn't be as successful if it was just about the money alone, I think a big part of it also has to do with the great people you meet here. Let's hope mylot keeps paying and sticking around for a while. Have a great day and happy posting.

If I'm being entirely honest, I don't know if I would continue to frequent MyLot if they didn't pay me to do so. I only really use one other forum, which doesn't pay you to post, but it is a brilliant forum, full of information on lots of different things, and some fantastic people.
The main thing that annoys me about MyLot is people posting inane drivvel that is barely understandable, just to earn a couple of cents. I only really reply to things that I think I can talk about for a couple of minutes. I wouldn't say that this is an informative forum, and without the paying aspect, it wouldn't have much 'pull' for most people.

Thanks for your honesty, I think the paying aspect definately does have a huge influence on alot of people here, but I still think it would be great to keep in contact with friends made here. Can you tell me what the name of the other forum is, it sounds great?

Honestly saying No .I am participating in the discussions mainly because of money . If they are not willing to pay for it , then why should we come here . We have lots of online and desktop Messengers to chat and many social Networking Sites for Discussions , and many online Photo sharing Websites .
We cant say even a single reason for sticking to this site , if they are not willing to pay for us !!

I appreciate your honesty, you must admit though it has been a great site to make some good friends and get good advice. The money is definately a huge plus for being on here, I agree.

Hi kiran! I was not aware of this site before. One of my friends recommended this site, for it being a paying programme. Otherwise, i think, he would not
have recommended and i would not have joined.

However after a while you strart to form friendships with people, then you really look forward to posting discussions and responding to your friends. I have had lots of great advice in the few months I have been here, there are so many people with different knowledge and life experiences it is great. Thanks for your response and honesty.

Great minds think alike, lol. I agree I would not come here as often if it didn't pay, but I would definately not leave her for good as I would miss chatting to all my friends. Have a great day too.

I would still come here, but this site would be no different from MySpace, or Facebook, or any other sie that I visit. It's the mony that keeps me coming back here more often.

You are the first person so far in the responses that I have read that has said they will still come here, good on you. I agree with you, if this site did not pay, it would be very similar to facebook and myspace. The money definately does help us all come here regularly. I use to go to facebook everyday, now that I have found mylot I visit mylot everyday and facebook every few days, lol. So I guess money is a big factor on why I come here too.

It is nice to get some $ of course, but that is not my main reason for coming and writing here! It is when I am feeling lonely and in need of some company that I come, to talk, so to speak! I like this place, it kind of grows on you and it is difficult to stay away.

My answer would be the same as yours. Basically, I like the people here in myLot. I have gained friends here. This is also the very first forum that I have joined since I started with forum posting. Though, I have not been that active since I have a dayjob and is quite busy for the past few weeks. But as much as possible I try to visit myLot and post or if not reply to the post of others.

I totally agree with the other respondents that the "payment" part makes a great deal in keeping us here. To be very honest, I would visit this site and join forums but not as often as I am doing now. I am a member of other sites too which I respond for free because its educating/teaching people the English language. I gain international friends there which is very cool. In myLot I gain different opinions and views about little things in life. Take care

Thanks for your honesty, it seems like payment here is a huge incentive for us to be here. But like you said it is great to make international friends and hear different opinions and views on various topics. Have a great day.

Kiran, you have asked a question in a different manner, many members ask the same question straight away - "Do you come to mylot for earnings only?"
I alway give the same answer that earnings are secondary for me, it is the interaction with friends, it is the sharing of my thoughts and views with others, which is more important to me. I would definitely come here on mylot, even if there are no earnings, to intereact with my sweet and nice friends like you, who for me are more precious than money.

If it happened that all of a sudden we were not paid anymore to come on here, then I would still come on. But it would definately not be as much, it would probably be about once or twice a week like you. I would not be on here for hours a day like I am now though.

I would perhaps do but not as often because honestly I am spending more time here to earn more but there are helpful tips and views worth reading and sharing so I would still do even without pay.

Mylot.com is a great place. Yes, I would definitely come here if I wasn't getting paid. But, I feel the same way as I wouldn't come here as much if there was no money. Though I come here a lot now, I would come here much more if the amount per post was more. Also, if there was no money involved, I wouldn't post as much. I would just come and read a few discussions and then go on to another site like Myspace. Good discussion to start.
