they said that it's already destined for us to meet our partners in life? some met their partners thru friends, and some met by accidents. we don't know where, how and when that happens. but when that things arrives, it will definitely a very romantic one... i know some people met their partners because they are classmates and others introduced by their common friends. but now that we are already in a modern world, a lot of us met their partners thru online chat or thru celphone texting. for me, i'm still looking for the right one. and i'm hoping that it will be coming soon. and how about you? how do you met your partner?

I was working at a gym on a military base when I met my husband. He had just been stationed in the area and didn't know anyone. All of his friends had been sent to the west coast and he was sent to the east. He was in the gym everyday and I saw him and talked to him everytime I was working. He asked me out on a date after a few months and, as they say, the rest is history.

I and my boyfriend are classmates in high school. But we were not in the same class at that time and we didn'nt know each other until the last year of our high school days. One day, he told me he was sort of fond of me. LOL. I was scared at his words. After some considerations, I decided to turn him down and continued my carefree life. Then, four years latter, we become lovers. We love each other so much and we decide to spend the rest of our life together, no matter what will happen to our life.

We met at school. My lab partner dropped the class and his partner disappeared a few weeks later, and we ended up getting stuck together. He was smitten when I asked whether his name was spelled with an f or a ph. I was intrigued by the man who made a habit of sitting on things not furniture. I moved in six months after we became lab partners, and so it's been every since.

My first husband was a rebound relationship after his girlfriend and my boyfriend dropped us for each other. Six months later they broke up the same weekend that we got engaged. How's that for poetic justice? Although we are now divorced it was a fifteen year marriage that produced my two wonderful boys. My second husband was a man I knew at for about 10 tears at church just as an acquaintance, Some time after my divorce he asked me to date him, by writing me a letter because he was to shy to approach me in person. To this day I think that is just adorable and hopelessly romantic. He is 13 years older than I am, and at first I was a little hesitant but a good friend told me I should go ahead. We have been happily married for over five years now and our mixed family ranges in age from 16 to 24. The one girl, his daughter is the eldest, then his son is 19, and my two sons are 16 and 17. They don't all live with us all the time, but they all get along famously when we are all together, sometimes at holidays and vacations. His son lives here all the time and my sons visit most weekends as they are living with their father.

My partner was my best friend. I married to the same person and we are happy with our married life. It took 3 years of time for me to select the right person, please take your time and select the person, because you have to live with that person for life long.

I met my husband accidentally. I was working as a customer service in a mobile operator and one day, one of the customers complained very hard. I tried to handle his complaint as patient as possible. Then, to my surprise, about a week later, he came to my house. In fact, he asked any information about me from my friend. We were dating for almost 3 years before get married and at present, we are a happy parents of three lovely kids.
I also have a sister that haven't got the chance to meet her partner. she's 31 years old now and still single. maybe, you can know each other. who knows???

I first met my husband at a youth group. We got to know eachother a bit and said a few words to eachother once in a while but we weren't close friends, although we had friends in common. We both went our separate ways and went to different universities and didn't see eachother for many years. Then we met again at a party and things were different then. We got on really well and something felt right. Then we started going out... and the rest is history!
I'm sure you'll meet someone, and I hope it's soon. Maybe you'll meet somebody on myLot :0)

my bf and i 'met' two years ago at the internet. Because we live in different city, we chat and texted each other.
Then someday, he decided to drop by my city and ask for a meet.
We met, and then he asked me out on a date, and not long after he moved to my city because he got a job here, and we go out almost everyday.
Though there's still no 'us' until a year later, it's the time spent to know him better.
I hope you'll your right one at the right moment of your life :)

I was biking around the subdivision when we first moved here. Then a boy also happened to be biking. He was staring and smiling at me.I didn't mind him and I didn't know his name back then.I was 9 and he was 10.We knew our names when we were 12.He became one of my enemies as boys usually tease me here. Now,me and these boys are friends and that boy became my boyfriend.

Well it's kinda weird. My fiance and I met in GED prep classes. Both of us were high school drop outs and decided to get our GED's. He walked in the first day, probably 20 minutes late for class, and I was immediately attracted to him. I made the first move to talk to him. We are now engaged, and next month (July) we will have our three year anniversary!
