do you wash your own laundry?

I used to have help when I was working full time in the Call Centre a year ago and my 2 year old was still a baby but now I do it myself, my 10 year old son and my husband sometimes join into the fun (laughs) with the help of machine of course!!

I dun do my own laundry, it's always my mom who is doing the laundry for the whole family.. lol ^_^ BUt my brother will do his laundry if he needs the clothes the next day.. hehe

You can't count on me to do the laundry. It is my hatest task. I can do everything and anything but not the laundry. hehehehe

I do it myself. I don't know your family does laundry "together". I'm assuming that you're talking about getting the laundry together and folding the laundry afterwards? My son is 4, so he can't help too much with the folding, but he does help me put the clothes in the washer, put the soap in, switch the clothes to the dryer, and start up the dryer. I pretty much just do laundry when I feel like it or when I need something to be washed.

Yes, I do the laundry at times but most of the time its my husband who does it! He is a very industrious man, so while I'm cooking, he does the laundry. We have a very nice working relationship really and that is one secret to our happy marriage. He does not just sit even if he is the bigger bread winner and he does not mind doing the household chores together with my one and only son and hence we do not need maid anymore because at home we share in the chores and we are happy at that.

i dont do my own laundry... i let my boyfriend do it for me... +)

Yes I wash my own laundry I have been doing it since I was 10 years old. Its easy the washer does all the work. My husband also does the laundry he dont mind doing it either.

hi. i still live at my parents' house so they have hired help to do the household chores. but i know how to, i have been raised to know how to cook, clean, mend clothes, wash dishes, and wash clothes. i know someday, i will be doing it on my own....but until then, i will appreciate this blessing. good day

i am not the one who wash my own laundry. i pay for doing it. my washer do laundry every month for me. i did laundry before but because i am too busy with my offline business and my studies, i don't have enough time to do the chores. much better if i pay a person to do it for me.

of course I do my own laundry for who else is going to do it? I do not have servants so am on my own. lol. And its really expensive to take it to a dry cleaning place, and also is expensive at most laundrymats now days too. so I do my own in our apartment wash room with washing machines and dryers.

I don't do my own laundry. We have washing machine and we have another thing that not all people in US can have it. We have a servant. I live in a third world country. Labor is very cheap but not so smart due to their low education level. So, we have the privilege to have a servant. It is a common thing in this country and other third world countries. Since I have a servant, I don't do laundry, dishes, and house cleaning. Those are taken care by our servant.

We have maid to do it every Wednesday and Friday weekly. We don't have much time to do it in our own, yet we expend PHP 500.00 a week for this.

Back home (Phil) we do it on weekends,and it's true that it became a bonding for me and my sister and sisters-in-law---and thats hand wash.Now i am sure they do it the same day but thru washing machine and no more bonding. Here in our place,i start soaking the whites(the usual!) on wednesday afternoon.Then the whole day next day every dirty clothes get cleaned.

Back in the Philippines, we have someone who do the laundry every weekend. but now I do the laundry once a week, normally every Sunday morning.:)

I've washed mine myself for a long time.i don't do it as well as other people do but at least it's clean.

Dear Kaezy, Yes I also do laundry in the weekends only. I am not able to do it otherwise. Since my kids are not here with me, myself and my husband do the laundry together and dry them out. He helps me with these chores at home. As you say there is a togetherness when we do the job together. All the best

Hello,i think mostly peoples don't have a time to wash their clthes at home then the just send to laundry house for cleaning and some people's where wife are staying at home and mother they just wash there clothes at home .

i do my own laundry. And sometimes i do my whole family laundry. We have definite labour in our family. Unluckily, i hate cooking. The only thing i can do is laundry and washing dishes after dinner. I am often jealous of my sister who is a good cooker. Using the same material, my dishes sell very bad. i remind one day even my pet dog ignore noodles i cooked. I was totally frustrated!!!! Since then i am responsible for some cleaning. What a sad story!

yes,i do my laundry and i do it at night then in the morning i hang it out when the sunset rise then ill leave the house then go back at night again and i take all clothes then put it on the iron boars takinf of all hangers. then i will iron it after my dinner

from my childhood i have no interest in doing laundry but i did just to obey my mom words, as i have grown up now i totally dropped it.
