abhijitpassion i just go only once in a month but very rarely twice in a month.i just maintain my looks by taking organic food. i dont take too much spicy food as it would degrade our health.

abhijitpassion yeah i do take garlic in regular basis. for me i take garlic for gastric problems. when i eat non veg i take garlic .but its not possible to take it raw. iam from south india so we use garlic in some dishes.
