A little while ago I started a discussion about Hershey Bliss candy's. Well when I made brownies Friday night I decided to add a piece of milk chocolate Bliss to each brownie in the pan. This is done as they are still very warm to make them stick in the brownie. They look tasty and I will be eating them Saturday as I don't have a sweet tooth right now. Just wanted to share this neat little trick/idea. Can also add unwrapped hershey Kisses, mini Reeses Peanut Butter cups as well. Try it sometime, you'll love them this way. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I will have to try that one. Sometimes I make chocolate cupcakes with Hershey Kisses inside. you put a little batter into the cup put in a kiss or two, and then put in the rest of the batter. I also use 3 musketeer miniatures inside the cupcakes. When you take a bite out of the cup cake you get a little surprise. Kids at school love these.

Yeah instead of putting them in the batter just add them to the top while it is still warm and not real hot. I cooled mine for 10 minutes on my deck rail in the cool air then added them on top. They melted a little which holds them in place. I may try that with my grandsons. Inside the cupcakes sounds good for them. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

It seems like your brain is coming up with things all the time. That does sound good and I would not have thought of it. All the suggestions you have there sound good on brownies. Have a great day.

Yum yum they sound really nice. I shall not be able to make them though as cannot get hershey chocs over here. Mind you I bet I could find them for sale if I browsed online, so I might do that I need to see what all the fuss is about with all these hershey things! I feel like I am missing out on something!

That sounds really good. I love brownies every now and then too. I have never added my own chocolate to them but I bet that is good. I will have to try that the next time if I have some on hand. I like to add some nuts to my brownies also. That makes them very good also if you like nuts.

I've never made brownies before, however i do often make chocolate concrete and i find that it tastes a bit like brownies if you don't get it to go hard enough!

I have never put anything on top of my brownies, but I have mixed stuff in before. I don't eat brownies all that much. My 8 year old son hates brownies. Weird, huh? He does not like chocolate milk either. Peanut Butter cups sound like they would be good in them.

I always liked to put m&m candies in my brownies or chocolate chips. The Hershey kisses are a great idea! Have to work three hours at the gym to negate one of those!

Mmmm, those look great! I made a pan of brownies yesterday morning myself, but just a plain ol' mix this time. I like nuts in mine, and sometimes I toss in a handful of either chocolate, butterscotch or peanut butter chips into the batter before baking, sometimes a combination of two of them. They turn out great!

Sounds great, but, I'm doing my best to stay away from brownies and things. It's a great tip though, I will try it next time I do some baking. Thanks Grandpa!

What a grand idea, Grandpa Bob. I'm a real chocoholic, so any way to add more chocolate appeals to me. :-) The picture looked great (but I couldn't comment since we're not friends). Now...would you mind passing those brownies around? You made me hungry and I'd love one with my morning coffee.

Those look great! I'm going to try that sometime. I make some decent brownies, if I do say so myself, but that will make them extra-good! (By the way, I apologize for posting my picture comment so many times...I have no idea how that happened.)
