Let me preface by saying, I am not an Obama supporter. However, this has been disproved as another scam set up to discount his ability to run for President. You can read about it here:

I read somewhere else that he i a citizen because...well I don't know, something to do with the year, or something. Anyway, I'm not American, so what do I know? One day it's oe ting, the next day it's aother thing. LOL

that is absolutely false, go to my discussion on obama, he was born in Hawaii, if he could not run for president don't you think that somebody in the government would have been smart enough to figure that out,
and as senator of the united states, don't you think is lawyers would know that too?

I read the article and it sounds to me that it's another put out there to bad name the man. At this point no matter what they put out right now will not stop him from being in the lead in votes over McCain. This is a little late right now. I read another one that someone posted to their response and I see where that is coming from too. He will be in office and bad mouthing him right now is not going to change that.

This sounds an awful lot like the report that McCain was not a natural born citizen. Indeed he was born in Panama, but because his father was serving in the military in Panama and, as such, his mother was in Panama at the time of his birth. Because he was born on a military installation he was entitled to dual citizenship, in which case at the time he turned 18 he would declare his citizenship to either the U.S. or Panama. Obviously he chose the U.S.. I'm not sure of the circumstances surrounding Obama's birth, as you can only half believe (if that) the stories and reports in the media and on the web. However, I'm quite sure that during his campaigning for Senate and now the Presidency, that his background has been thoroughly checked out.
Personally I think that most of these stories are the desperate and underhanded attempts of people who would do anything to see the candidate they don't like or disapprove of fail. Shame, shame!

I am pretty certain that an American woman who is unquestionably a citizen can give birth anywhere in the world and her child is still a natural born citizen. The controversy concerning Obama's likely fake certification of birth is more about what are they hiding than is Obama a natural citizen. He is a natural citizen. So, what is Obama hiding, for sure? No one else knows.

In a previous response, someone showed you some articles that still bring up the question of his citizenship, and you noted how recent they were as if this "scandal" hasn't already been debunked.
The thing is: Even after some of these things get disproven, there are still people who keep writing about them as if they're still valid accusations.
While the blogosphere has the capability of revealing news items the corporate media don't want seen, it also lets in bunches people who don't know what they're talking about.

You know I have seen and heard so much garbage about the candidates that I rarely read it any more. This "naturalborn" story actually started about McCain since he was not born in the "states" but in one of our territories.

Not true. His dad was not born here, but his mom was born n Kansas. Obama was born in the United States, so he IS a United Satate citizen AND a natural one!

Its just amazing as to the junk that appears about candidates when they run for president. Simply i think that it is a war beetween both candidates on who can discredit the most to have an advantage of winning. Personnally i think that it is pretty sad that our nations future is about to be decided by either a 100 yr old man that emphasizes that he will restore america back to its previous stature as it was when Reagan ran. Or obama, which has an muslimanic middle name and is Black? Milano? not sure on that one...
I think what we need is a young fresh minded candidate that knows what is going on in THIS country, and will make descisions such.... Then on the other hand also wouldnt be starting wars just to implement a american democracy...
In a nut shell, An young freshminded candidate that would represent this country well.
I mean look at this for an example. Russia was in twice as much debt as we were, and when putin was elected, he was able to get them out of debt within a year, and get them back on their feet again. For cryin out loud their a threat to the world again. I think people have to do their Home-Work better.
Or at leasts thats in my Opinion......

I'm not an Obama supporter but this has been brought up so many times and has been disproven so many times. He was born in America so let's just stop with it already. Do some research and check your facts.

This is something that has been going around for a long time and it would be of my thinking that if it was something that was indeed true it would be something the Republicans would have jumped on a year ago when rumors about this started circulating.
Also I have not seen news agencies like CNN and MSNBC even talk about it much less find evidence that it is indeed true.
Thank you,
Zelo

Oh my god, McCain was born in Panama. Both Obama and McCain aren't citizens, what are we to do?

Tomorrow I'm going to post a blog that tells how McCain not only isn't a natural born citizen but he's not even from this planet. It's been covered up for decades now, ever since Rozwell in fact. That's right, he came here from outer-space! I don't have the link to post as of tonight for one simple reason - I haven't written it yet...lol!
These days, especially with all the internet blogs that exist, anyone can say anything about anyone else and if the climate is such that there are people who are starving for any dirt they can find on that person it will spread like a potent virus and be treated like absolute positive fact.

No one has ever seen his official birth certificate according to a lot of blogs I have read. There is a copy of one online but it being a real copy is in dispute for several reasons. I'd like to see the birth certificate issue resolved once and for all before I can rest easy about his citizenship and other related issues.

The argument about Obama not being an American citizen based on his mother's age has pretty much been dismissed as an urban legend. However, concerns about his not having produced an official birth certificate to certify the details of his place of birth and given name still are unresolved. The American people need to have verifiable evidence of these things in order to trust this candidate. His failure to produce the birth certificate makes everyone, including this MyLotter, wonder what he is trying to hide. There are some links with some interesting reading about the birth certificate issue. One of the links listed below shows a blank document of the kind he has electronically(only) produced as his birth certificate, and how easily it could be faked.

Thank you so much for this information. One person who answered my discussion made it sound like this had been brought up, addressed and passed on quite some time ago. These articles are quite recent!

Well I really hope that this is something that can get this election back under control. All of the stuff I've see lately aboput him is kinda scary. Are we really trying to hand our country over to Muselim terrorists?!?!? Ok, I'm sure it isn't that bad, but shoot... someone who has no patriatism for the USA doesn't need to be the one running things.
This just popped into my head...
(For any Star Trek DS9 fans, this makes me think of Kai Winn being the spiritual leader of the entire planet, but worshiping the Other side)
