She was 3 years old, a pitbull, her mother was a gift from my patient and I had her a year after that. She was cute and obedient. I don't know what happened, she was ok yesterday I just gave her a bath and this morning I found her lifeless. I wrote this article so it would lessen the burden of her loss. I can't imagine to be so attached to a dog but when you take care of them first hand I guess you treat them less like pet, and more of a friend. She used to bit my arm gently when she's playing with me and like to be caress when I'm shampooing her. There's a lot of things to love about a pet specially a dog, maybe that's why God send them to us. Right now I'm feeling depresses specially her place empty. I just wish that they also have a heaven to go too. thanks for reading.

I'm really sorry to hear about your dog. I'll bet he's now at Rainbow Bridge...that's where pets go! So don't worry, I'm sure he is in good company and looking down smiling on you. Remember the good times, you have those to cherish.

Dear friend,
I do not have words for this but really feel sorry to know that. This makes me remind about my two pet dogs. Actually I can feel the pain of losing such loved ones. I had seen that pain in the eyes of my neighbours two sons when they lost their little dog which was only 1 year old. My sad condolence..........

I'm sorry to hear this. And three years old is very young. I know how dogs play an important role in our lives. I think most dog owners would agree with me when I say that they aren't pets they are actually members of the family. We've lost two dogs in the past two years in a row. It was very weird when they left.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost a dog earlier this year and she also passed away unexpectedly. It's very natural for you to feel sad and grieve over your loss. She was a companion and a friend. I believe that all beloved pets go to the Rainbow Bridge when they pass on. That's a special place in heaven just for pets.

Most sincere sympathies. Pets can be our very best friends, and their loss hits as hard as any friend. I'll have you and your dog in my prayers.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. It sounds like she went quickly and, hopefully, painlessly, which should be a bit comforting. We recently lost a dog to a 'surprise', so I can imagine a bit of the shock you're experiencing.
Many hugs to you. I hope you have a lot of happy memories of your girl.

thanks yes I had. I primarily the one who gave her a bath weekly. It's trying but of course also very rewarding. Dogs literally don't what to get bath, they just let us do it because they love and obey us as masters. I just wished I couldn't have spent a little more time with her yesterday.

I know how you feel. I've had two dogs that passed away. One was 11 and the other was 5. They were my some of my best friends. It felt like they knew how I felt. Dogs are always there for you. I got emotionally attachted too. I wish you the best of luck.
