Do you eat 3 times per day?

I think i couldn't eat 3 times per day not even in my childhood,i remember my mom always tried to make me eat,but i always told her,let me eat when i am hungry...
And now that i don't live with my parents anymore,i think i eat maybe twice per day,sometimes once,it also depends on what i do in that day,what time i wake up and so on..i usually stay up long at night,and have a snack while i am at the pc:)

I eat 6 TINY meals a day, and I have taught my daughter to do the same. It helps us to keep losing weight, by filling us up often with healthy foods, so we won't snack on junk food.

There are people who eat and eat and gain nothing..I used to be like that before,now I must admit I did get 5 kilos more:)

We usually have two regular meals. They happen about the same time every day. We also make sure the kids eat breakfast but I myself am not a big breakfst person. I do eat a lot of snacks though, prrobably more than I should be we try to make sure the kids are eating fruits or other snacks that are at least better for them than chips and candy. Sometimes you just need some ice cream though.

yes,especially the breakfast...i cannot eat immediately after i wake up, but i get really hungry in like an hour or so after... that is,if i wake up in the morning

hi friend,in the near one year,i always eat twice per day due to the habit.I don't know whether or it is bad for my health.But i think i am same to other people who also eat twice per day.and like you, my friend,i also stay a long time in night.SO i always get up later ,so i have a long time not to eat the breakfast.Only have a good lunch and supper.I think it is enough to me.and I think maybe i will lose my weight by this way.

I really do the same how you do. hmmm but, experts says eat 4 meals a day to be healthy. Dont skip breakfast. But I always skipped breakfast because I will always be late to office and i dont find a reason to have my breakfast when I am already late to office. hmmm. This is very bad habit I know but still not able to overcome it.
Having meals 4 times a day is very good for health my dear friend. This keeps us healthy even in our older ages. My grand father is a real time example for this. He is now 75 years of age but he looks like 25 years of age. He never skipped his timings for food and always had taken the food on time. Breakfast @ 8. Lunch @ 1, Snacks @ 5 and Dinner @ 8. And one more thing is he never drunk water much. He is surviving only with coffee and tea. No water in his life. He hates drinking water but still he is very young. This point I really didnt understand without water how can he be so healthy. hmmm.
We do have to find time to have 4 meals a day my friend to be healthy. Take care.

I don't normally eat three meals a day. If I'm lucky I could make two. Haha. But most of the time during the school day, I don't have time to munch on breakfast or anything since I have to run out the door. Haha. ^^; Most of the time I just munch on little snacks throughout the day so I don't get hungry that easily.
