Do you have this problem too in the new Mylot layout?

It isn't happening to me. Not yet, anyways. I don't know why it would be logging you out unless you closed the window or something What browser are you using? Maybe it has something to do with that?

Hi my friend, That would get highly discouraging after awhile. I use some sites that after about 5 minutes they log me out and I just hate that! It's a pain in the gazebo to have to log in all the time. They say it is for security reasons???? Did you have this problem with the old MyLot? Have you changed any setting (like cookies) on your computer lately? I hope you get this figured out because I know it can drive ya nuts. lol Have a good evening, Char :-)

Sure it's the new layout? Try to enable cookies? Did it work before the new layout? Cookie is a file that stores information about a webpage. Example password. So if you turned cookies off then MyLot is not able to save a cookie on your computer. Or maybe if you clean out the cookie the same thing happens. Hope that helped.

It has and is happening to me as well. The first time I thought no big deal because I had been gone for awhile and had been inactive. the next time though I hit respond, typed a long note, hit submit and I was logged out. Lost the message which was very annoying. This has happened only since the new look as you said. Not of big fan of it either and don't really see the point.

u know.. before i opened your discussion i had this feeling what maybe you was going to say.. well i hoped anyway so i know its not just me hahaha but yes much today.. i just finished a real nice response to someone, took me little while.. i went to send it and i got taken to the registration screen and to sign in.. I got worried thinking i lost what i just typed, luckily after i sign in it was there ready for me to send.. Just now.. about 3 times i have had to just sign in.. its becoming annoying actually

I feel extremely lucky that this has not happened to me yet. I wonder why it's happening to eeryone else!! I hope MyLot gets the problem fixed soon. Have a nice day.

Hello alkurishy, I don''t have any problem with the new mylot look. I am using firefox 3 as a browser and so far I don't see any problem. What browser are you using? The problem might be related to your browser. Try clearing up you cache and cookies and other things. If still logging you off, how about tweaking your security setup to trusted or less secure for mylot. It might help. I am only guessing. Good luck and I hope you can find a solution to your problem.

Yes it has happened to me too. I never got logged out before until I did it myself. But right after the new layout showed up yesterday it has happened to me several times. I had to sign back in at least 4 times today. Someone else asked the same question but before the layout changed and I said it never happened to me. Then it started happening to me right after the updates took effect.

I haven't found the similar problem. Sorry,i don't know why. If most of mylot user don't have that problem, it must be your computer problem.

Same here. I find it quite inconvenient because I need to log in again after sometimes I am away from my laptop. But there is an advantage also,nobody can read what we type,lol. This maybe kind of security system.

I have complained about this for a week now. I get logged out 5 or 6 times a day. It is especially aggravating if I've spend 10-15 minutes on a post. I now copy everything to memory before I hit the submit button.

oh yes... i have that problem too... i always being logout and asked to sign in again so many times until i get fed up... every response that i want to post, i always have to sign in again first before the response will be posted... it is such a hassle and waste of time... i hope that it is just a temporary glitch and it can be fixed soon... take care and have a nice day...

I'm always logged in. I never close the Mylot window when I shut down and next morning, up it pops and I'm already logged in. It's been like that for 2 years now!! So no problem for me.

I am experiencing this myself, you actually beat me in opening a discussion with this. I am a slow responder so by the time I finish it I have to re-login, It has a good points a bad point. The bad point is what we experience, we have to re input our login data, the good point is if we get use to this meaning we beat the time before it automatically logout then this means we did improved, we will do more and we will earn more.

Nopes I am not having this problem. This times of problem can happen if someone else is trying to log in the same account from another computer- you sure no one else knows your password? Try to tick also the "Remember me" option when logging into myLot. Hope it works for you.
