du u cook in steel vessels or mud vessels

I cook in steel vessels. I tend to break earthen vessels. Do you use earthen vessels over an open flame?

I use stainless steel pots and pans. It is pretty easy to clean and looks nice. The aluminum and non-stick pots and pans can leech out harmful substances into food so I avoid those. I've heard cast iron is nice and the iron is good for your health but I've never used it and never used mud vessels either.

I can say I have never used mud pots and or mud vessels. I like my cast Iron to cook in mostly when I use a gas stove. On a electric stove I use my corning wear or even my granite stones or stainless steel. and yes Stainless Steel is the easiest one to clean and very comfortable to use.

i cook in cast iron. it gives me the necessary iron to my diet. plus it is easy to clean. I love my cast iron skillet.
