in our country lots of people cook in mud vessles even now, it is said that the vessels retain the flavour of various spices and other additions that we use in our cooking, but stell vessels are moer comfortable for use, for cleaning etc.

I cook in steel vessels.
I tend to break earthen vessels.
Do you use earthen vessels over an open flame?

I use stainless steel pots and pans. It is pretty easy to clean and looks nice. The aluminum and non-stick pots and pans can leech out harmful substances into food so I avoid those. I've heard cast iron is nice and the iron is good for your health but I've never used it and never used mud vessels either.

I can say I have never used mud pots and or mud vessels. I like my cast Iron to cook in mostly when I use a gas stove. On a electric stove I use my corning wear or even my granite stones or stainless steel. and yes Stainless Steel is the easiest one to clean and very comfortable to use.
