Update on myLot friends Meeting

Here is a group photo of the meeting today of a myLot friend etc. My son-in-law took the photo for us. Anyhow the meeting went very well. We chatted for an hour. Then we ate. Well the wife and I never got our food as the new waiter forgot to write out our order on the ticket. Hahaha! So we started to eat as everyone else was done eating. After eating we chatted for a long time. A fun time was had and Jill is a suoper woman. very kind, loving, and caring. She has a very keen memory as she brought up things from my discussions from long ago. Thank you Jill and Carol. especially you Jill for the wonderful, caring, and thoughful gifts. I am very grateful to have Jill as my friend here and meeting her as well. Thanks all for taking your time to read about this meeting etc.

It is more than putting a face to the name. It's putting the personality out
in the open more is what I loved about it. I saw more of your personality then

I haven't met any myLot friends yet. When I used to chat on IRC a group of us planned a meeting in Las Vegas. About 30 of us showed up. We had a great weekend!!! That was about 13 years ago. We still keep in touch.
I have also met some individually, but that was the most of them.

't even start me on the waiter. he is a friend and just started. He is not that good and I would be surprised if he doesn't last long there actually. HAHAHA! he didn't even write our order up. But he gets confused very easily anyhow. But he is a good kid though.

How awesome that you all got together. What a great way to seal friendships! You guys are so lucky you live so close together. I bet you start a ritual of hanging out or getting together for lunch and/or dinner quite often now. Way to go!

Who knows where the friendship goeas now. We did talk about my wife
and I going to her city then driving to a nearby casino actually.

That is very nice. You are a very nice person too. I am glad that you all got to meet and that everything went well for you. I would love to meet some of the people on here some day also but alot of them live very far from me. I am in Indiana and do not travel much. I am not really sure if my friends here do either.

Wow... that is very nice... mylot friends meeting in person... i hope that can be possible here in my country... even in my specific area... but i don't know anyone nearby who is also into mylot... maybe in Manila... i hope mylot can set up such meetings in the future... it would be nice to finally see the people who we usually talke to online...

Hi Grandpa, I'm happy to know that you already meet some of our great friends here in mylot. As I remember I have a previous discussion about someone who we to want meet and finally you done it. I wish we can meet also hehehehe if opportunity comes. Have a nice day Grandpa....

sounds great,my friend,i hope i aslo could have this kind of meeting like you in future.I also add several friends into my chat list online.And we are in same country,but different city.so if there is a chance,we will have a good meeting too.i think it is wonderful.lol

Wow!!! It's awesome that you guys both got together to visit. Its good to hear that there are people out there on the net that really do just wanna meet to visit and enjoy themselves. People who meet one another over the net sometimes have alterior motives etc, and its refreshing to know that there are good times to be had depsite all the bad. Im happy that you two have gotten to know one another better than when you began!

That really sounded like you had a real special day in meeting a fellow MyLotter. I think a lot of us hope to eventually met our friends here. Uh, question...in the photo, is your daughter doing a "funny" behind your head...LOL

Maybe I'm the only one to notice...helps when you're a "visual" person and photographer...I tend to notice things most people don't in pictures...hehe

I liked your photo. I guess there are real people behind the typing huh? Somtimes you can just imagine people typing away. It is pretty funny. Anyway I'm glad you had a good time and I hope you get a chance to meet more mylotters. It is cool when you get a chance to do it I'm sure.

Hi Grandpa Bob, What a privleged guy you are to have met Jill, I live in the UK so unlikely to get to meet but this photo has put a face to the name now and she is a lovely as I thought she would be too.
