Where are my eyeglasses?

I was working on my computer this morning using my eyeglasses, then the phone rang and it was a client whom I had some lengthy conversation. After that, I had a glass of water and returned to my computer. "But where are my eyeglasses?" I stood up to see all the top of the desks or if I dropped it somewhere else but still could not find. I was beginning to get mad at myself when my secretary asked me what I was looking for, I told her my eyeglasses! She laughed then pointed something at my waist. OMG! Twas my eyeglasses, I did not noticed that I hanged it my belt while talking at the phone. Ha!ha!ha! Did you have the same experience looking for something you need very urgently but can't find, like ballpen, or cellphone or comb or anything?

Yah! it happened to me too.. my daughter teased me that I'm getting old. I was preparing for work one morning and it's been my routine to bring downstairs my polo shirt and socks where I wear it. I was looking under the chairs and tables looking for my socks which i know i brought down when my daughter asks me what I am looking for. I said my socks! then she laugh and point to me that I am wearing it already. OMG! am I getting old? Now, they always tease me every time they saw me putting on my socks. Those little rascals!

when i had my eyeglasses before, i also had an experience, a funny experience just like yours. and this is very common for people wearing glasses. that we are almost "a cat who can't give birth" (pusang di mapaanak - tama ba?) when all of the time that we are looking for our glasses, it was just at our head.

Ha!ha!ha! You are right! It does happen really. My son would always tell me it's a sign of old age! Well, somehow he's right!

My fault is with my glasses. Sometimes am looking for them, but here where they are: on my eyes, can you beat that! Not long ago I put a pair in my pants pocket and I put the pair of pants in the trash after cleaning, and I believe my glasses was in it, and I have never seen them since that day. Even my new pair am thinking to hang them around my neck so I dont loose them.

Ha!ha!ha!ha! Stories like that really make me burst into laughter. Why because it is very identical with my day to day experience. It is really forgetfulness, sign of old age or just the inability to take note of what we are doing? I don't really know but I believe all of the above. Thanks a lot for giving me good laugh this morning!

yes, i do have trouble finding things sometimes but not my glasses. i keep them on. i can see to get around etc. w/out them but can't read a thing w/out them so i put them on when i get up & take them off when i go to bed. easier that way & that's one thing i don't have to keep up with.

So you're glasses should not really be lost to keep you going. It's a good thing you don't misplace it like me. Happy a good day and keep smiling!
