Reading The Bible Daily or Reading Qu,ran Daily What The Benefits

i read the bible daily and it helps me often to stay on track . it is encouraging in a discouraging world. everything is going to pieces but God is always strong and powerful and we have our future in His hands. and will be with Him some day.

i dont know anyhting about qouran but bible actually it does good.because by reading not only that you are just gaining knowledge but also showing your politeness to God.u r allways doing His will and sure that is really gud.

You are so right. The most interesting aspect of reading and studying the Bible for Christians; are the accumalation of wisdom. It is the beginning of understanding how to live successfully. As King Solomon puts it; "The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom." The fear he refers to is not the 'worldly fear' we know, but the 'spiritual fear'- Which means, the reverential respect for a higher power, nl. GOD. Furthermore, the teaching of "Love your neighbor as you love yourself," is extended by Jesus Christ, who's teaching expounded to love even our enemies, to do good to those who hate us, bless those who curse us and pray for those who spitefully use/abuse us. If we can obtain that, there will be no wars, nor crime or corruption against anyone. No Moddle east conflict, no Iraqi invasion, no terror threats; just love. Each man will love his fellow-man/brother, whether, Christian, Jew or Moslem; we will all be one brotherhood living in peace on this earth.

It is what ever works for you. Peace, love, belief in a Supreme Being. We all need help. I have not read the Qu,ran but I understand as in many other religions it is similar to Christian in it's philosophy.

Yes reading the Bible is spiritual food for the body.Also God speaks with us through the Bible.Also he protects us from the attacks of the devil.

I think we should read both these books for comparative study of both the religions.No doubt,the Quran is the latest and final communication from God Almighty.It is still in the same secure text for centuries and contains a complete code of life.
