I'n curious to know whether people still have hot, relaxing bubbl baths even in the summer when it's warm. I think most people probably switch to having showers to try and cool down, i've always seen bathing as something you do more in the winter months. However, i'm a huge buble bath fan and i take almost as many bubble baths in the summer as the winter. I still have more baths than i do showers. I have a bath maybe 4-5 times a week and a shower only 2-3. In fact i only generally shower if i'm washing my body/hair as part of getting ready to go out for the night. What about you?

I don't take bubble baths. My daughter doesn't even take bubble baths. I feel kind of sour about that, but my wife insists it can cause problems with the female parts. Sigh.

As long as you rinse off afterwards, I wouldn't worry unless she's really prone to UTIs... many women have bubble baths all the time with no problems.

Ah, what is true in reality and the truth I can convince my wife to accept are different things. :)

I love bubble baths anytime of the year. Even when it is 100 degrees outside a nice hot bubble bath in the evenig is very relaxing. I even like to sit in hot tubs during the summer it just helps my muscle aches to much.

I couldn't agree more. I took a bubble bath yesterday & it was steaming hot, I put epsom salt in the water & turned the jets on..awwww. My tired muscles were saying thank you.

There's nothing wrong with bubble baths in the summer! I still take long baths regularly, I just make the water a little cooler and add cooling, relaxing bubble bath scents like mint! My current summer favourites from Lush are world peace bath bomb, melomint bubble bar, ice hotel bubble bar, haagenbath bomb, etc... all the delicious mint combos!

I do bubble baths all year round! When it's really hot in the summer I love to take a lukewarm bath with a nice cooling minty bath bomb or bubbles, or something really refreshing like fruity citrus.

Hi, hezoid. I have not had any bubble baths during the summer yet. I do like to get in the tub and relax sometimes though. If I do take a bath during the summer, I will make sure that I have my cool air on. I don't want to be sweating in the tub like a pig or anything. The water is already hot enough.

always do a hot bath the bubbles just dont bubble in the water we have but I think it cools ya off more than a cool shower . That just me tho.
Only time I take a shower is like when I had my operation and couldnt get up and down in the tub and the nurse had to come change bandages it helped to loosing the darn tape!

I dont take to many bubble baths cause I like taking showers lots better. Its been so hot here in kansas that I take a cool shower most of the time. Now in the winter time I like my shower nice and hot because I am always cold. When my children were small and lived at home they loved taking bubble baths.

I do bubble baths. I use my prescription shampoo for bubbles as I have a skin condition. It does make nice bubbles. In the summer, getting out of the hot water makes you cool for quite a while, as all your blood comes to the surface for cooling.

Too bad that I do not have a bath tub at home, otherwise, I would definitely take bubble bath regardless of the weather. I think it's a really good way to relax and calm your mind and body during the process and I feel like I have been reborn every time.

Yes I do still have baths during the summer, but this is only because I do not have a shower. I wish that I did though because sometimes having a bath in the summer is really uncomfortable!
I do like lots of bubbles in a bath though, and if I run out of bubble bath it is horrible. I have even been known to use shampoo in a bath to get some bubbles when I have run out!

I cant take bubble baths anymore because they cause too many bladder infections for me otherwise I still would.
