Do You Love or Hate Cats?

I like dogs better. But I have had cats. I have to draw the line though when cats get on table or countertops, etc. I can't stand that.

i hate cats. they only play with they want to, very lazy and u cant play fetch with them. personaly i would rather have a dog then a cat any day.

I love cats. They are so much easier to take care of than a dog. They just eat and sleep. They are more loveable. They go to the bathroom on thier own w/o waking me up to let them out. I have 2 cats that are 9 years old. One of my cats uses the toilet(P's in the toilet)

No to sound mean Julyteen but a little cat bite made you hate cats for life? Cats play differently than dogs...they grab you with their claws or bite...but how long did that bite hurt? When I play with my cats I don't use my hands...I use a piece of yarn or string and they love chasing it and attacking it. Remember that cats are hunters so they like to stalk and pounce. Dogs are more tame when they play but a dog can bite you when playing, too. My little dog bites my husband all of the time when he tries to play "Let's take the dog biscuit away from the dog." She thinks of it as a game, too, so he's not being cruel to her because she will lay her biscuit down near my husband and stare at him until he tries to take it. She will growl and try to bite him every time he tries to grab it. When she's done playing she will walk away and eat her treat. But, sometimes she gets him and sometimes she gets him good and he yells "Ouch!". Don't hate animals because they're acting like animals...that's all they know how to be.
