It is common in women ...I mean , if you compare men and women, you will find this more in women...
Somewhere in your mind , there is the reason , for crying...something in past ... Just try and find out...
Try , to share your feeling , if possible with better half ...or a best friend...people who do not share their feelings , have this problem....
I hope , you agree with me..

I don't disagree with you my friend. What you said is also true. But, I share every thought, every little thing that happend or I did in the past with my fiance. There is nothing left in my heart to tell anyone that maybe like burden to me or upsetting me.It is something that I could not understand about me.But, I know I need to find out and I will.

Well, I don't know about men but it happens with most of the women.Women cry and they don't even have an explainations at times.Either it is because of mood swings, periods etc or it is possible like what others and you have said that it can be because of some unexpressive feelings within our heart that is affecting us sub-consciously.Whatever it is I feel so low and cry a lot whenever this thing happens to me.

I had this experience before too. Sometimes when I am alone,I will be crying there for nothing with the feeling that I am the most lonely and pitiful person in this world. Lol. I think this is a weird feeling, maybe is a mood swing.

I do not believe that you are really crying over nothing... sub-consciously, you maybe thinking of something that happened in the past that makes your day gloomy. I wish you can share your thoughts with someone cause it may help you analyze why you have this sudden urge to cry....

Yeah,I think I experience that a hundred times. I don't know but I think its one symptom of depression. but yeah.. not the serious one.
I have cried for nothing because of feeling lost or feeling empty and sometimes because of felling happy. I think crying is still good for us cause it lets us brings out the emotion we have.

Yes you bet!Crying is good, I mean even if we don't know the exact cause,we are still able to express our grief through shedding tears. Most of the people are not able to do so.They get more and more into the stage of depression. This is not good.Thank you for sharing your experience.I will try to keep myself happy as possible and not cry,and I am expecting the same from you my friend.Happy myLotting!

I get this way some times. There are times when I am just so happy I will cry, there are times when I am just so sad and don't know why and cry for no reason. I think some times our hormones get out of whack and maybe makes us this way.

The feeling that you are alone is the reason why you cried. You cried because you are alone. You cried for something, that is being lonely and alone.
I do have my lows in life. I cried for the reason that I did not meet my expectations in life. I cry because I feel so down. I think I cry most of the time. And I not ashamed of my tears.
My tears does not indicate that I am weak. It just my tension releaser. MY crying is my prayer.

I appreciate the best response. There is nothing wrong when we feel sorry for ourself, when we cry so much, and we feel so rejected. it is normal, experiencing our low moments in life. However life must go on, with that we have to wipe away our tears and take away our fears and doubts. and we must face the world with full of courage. You go girl.

I haven't felt like that for a very long time and I am glad for that. I advice that you find someone to share your reasons behind your depression and sadness. It is always healthier to let your emotions escape from the deep chambers of your heart. Express yourself freely, there is nothing wrong in that!

I don't exactly know why this happens to me at times,my fiance he is worried about me, since he is also not around here.I don't know why I cry like a baby.I can tell my fiance anything and everything, there is nothing that I hide from him.So there is no question of keeping something at heart to myself..
