Hello to you hinkerbell! That happened to me several times already. It can really be depressing. Well, there are also times when there are people around you but they can't do anything to help you. That can be depressing as well. Of course, it feels more frustrating when the people you thought you could count on just leave you on your own when you needed help the most.

I feel like that a lot to. Its not so much that I do not think there is anyone around to help but more like I do not think they would understand if I tell them what is wrong with me. I do not want to burden people with my problems and events in my past have put me off from asking for help. Sometimes though I do wonder who I could go to for help. I think it is important to remmeber that there are people and they may actually be thinking the same as you.

No I don't feel that way today but back when I was like late teen years and early twenties I have felt that. I can so relate to being alone and you feel like everyone is against you. You are surrounded by people and yet no one seems to care. Nobody understands you and took you all for granted. Been there done that, one of the most ill feelings I had. Well to me it just passed away, maybe it is just a stage in life, like the one they called quarter life crises, I think those days are my rebel days.

I think everyone goes through a period of the blues but if this has been going o for a while and is affecting your day to day life you need to talk to someone. whether it is your doctor, minister, or therapist, they may be able to help or put you in touch with some people going through similar things.
