I would like to share to you something that has been sent to me by a good friend of mine. It is very funny but somehow, you will see some truth in it... If you are looking for a job then this is the opportunity of a lifetime... you only have to agree with this simple rules: OFFICE POLICY Dress Code: 1) You are advised to come to work dressed according to your salary. 2) If we see you wearing Prada shoes and carrying a Gucci bag, we will assume you are doing well financially and therefore do not need a raise. 3) If you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you may buy nicer clothes, and therefore you do not need a raise. 4) If you dress just right, you are right where you need to be and therefore you do not need a raise. Sick Days: We will no longer accept a doctor's statement as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work. Personal Days: Each employee will receive 104 personal days a year. They are called Saturdays & Sundays Bereavement Leave: This is no excuse for missing work. There is nothing you can do for dead friends, relatives or co-workers. Every effort should be made to have non-employees attend the funeral arrangements in your place. In rare cases where employee involvement is necessary, the funeral should be scheduled in the late afternoon. We will be glad to allow you to work through your lunch hour and subsequently leave one hour early. Bathroom Breaks: Entirely too much time is being spent in the toilet. There is now a strict three-minute time limit in the stalls. At the end of three minutes, an alarm will sound, the toilet paper roll will retract, the stall door will open, and a picture will be taken. After your second offense, your picture will be posted on the company bulletin board under the 'Chronic Offenders' category. Anyone caught smiling in the picture will be sectioned under the company's mental health policy. Lunch Break: * Skinny people get 30 minutes for lunch, as they need to eat more, so that they can look healthy. * Normal size people get 15 minutes for lunch to get a balanced meal to maintain their average figure. * Chubby people get 5 minutes for lunch, because that's all the time needed to drink a Slim-Fast. Thank you for your loyalty to our company. We are here to provide a positive employment experience. Therefore, all questions, comments, concerns, complaints, frustrations, irritations, aggravations, insinuations, allegations, accusations, contemplations, consternation and input should be directed elsewhere. The Management P.S. Still interested? the pay is about 35 dollars a day for 12 hours.

Hi dplce_vita! That was funny indeed! I would not wish to have a job on that company especially because I would not want my photo taken just in case I need to spend more time sitting on of the cubicles in the comfort room. Yikes! haha.. Take care always..God Bless!

OMFG, That was too funny! I was laughing so hard that I was crying. My friend and I have a name for that we call it craughing (pronounced crafing-for crying and laughing). I had heard some of it before, but not all of it. I was dying. My bf is sleeping because it's 2:30am here in NY and I thought for sure he was going to wake up and think I was insane! I printed it out for him to ready when he gets up. The part about the bathroom was to die laughing! Thanks so much for a much needed gigglefest! Got any more? I will definitely pass this one around!

Not interested at all. Any company that posted these as rules need to have their heads examined. They don't deserve to have employees. If this is the way they want to be then they need to be in a place that is strictly a dictatorship. Classifying people by the clothes, age, size or anything else should not be tolerated. The pay is no where near enough and I wouldn't do it. I didn't make less than $9. and hour the last years of my working. Anyone offering me less they got told it was not enough for me to go to work for them. I had a father at home that was strict. My first husband didn't allow me to have a life or a personality. I will not allow a job to dictate to me in these ways. By the way at my jobs I've had I worked 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. I got time and a half for all over time. I made very good money. I feel a person should get what they are worth in a job. It has nothing to do with what you wear or look like as to how much you earn. It's how you do your job and your experience in that work.

Oh, I forgot this would be a good one to print and post somewhere at work. But I'd be afraid of giving the bosses any ideas. You know when people print funny things and frame them or just put them up for others to read.

OMG dolce_vita78... this is really so funny... i'm so glad that i didn't work for this kind of company... i wouldn't want to work for this company at all... it is like a slave... not an employee there... the policy really sucks... :-) i would prefer to spend my time doing something else or working in other company with this dictatorship policy... any company with this kind of policy will not have any employee and should be closed down... take care and have a nice day...

Funny, indeed, especially the "Bathroom Breaks" one. I don't know how could the originator have such a witty idea?! He/She must be a genius.

This is really funny. But noone will be willingly do this job. As such the company will have no workers & they to close the company.

Hi dolce_vita, That is so funny but I don't think a company like that will get any workers there and in this country the employees have more rights then the companies so it won't work. I used to work for this company and I asked for certain thing and they told me I can't so I said I will and I got it. The companies can't treat their workers like dirt here, they won't get away with it. Tamara

Funny! I know that there is some truth to this. Employers sometimes need to put themselves in their employees shoes. I know that if one day I own a business I will always remember what its like to be on the other side and treat my employees like I would have liked to be treated. I know that when the employer takes the time to care, I take more time to be as productive as possible even when its not necessary!

I need to copy and print that and post it on the bulletin board in great big letter where I work. It is almost what management there is about. I say the motto is Management Does What the H*& Management Want To Do. It will fit right in with the policy.

Dude that is super funny. the person who wrote has got to be a comic genius! But to be honest I would actually still be interested in applying for a job like this after reading the office dress code, sick leave, and lunch hour policy everything else I can not agree with and I think the toilet thing is a good and helpful time management like-thing. Cause on an average scale humans especially the more wealthy people spend too long in the washroom.
