Read it once again if it was a good book..sometimes when the book gets exciting i read it so fast that i often miss the important details of the book and then i starve to read it again ..
If the book didn't strike interest ..and if i had left in the middle i keep it back in the bookshelf to be read when in mood for that particular topic...
If the book was a big disappointment i 'd rather sell it on ebay or else give it to a library ...
what do you do with your book after you have finished reading??

After im done reading a book i put it on my read list and start on my next. I usually buy books faster than i can read them so i have quite the stack of books to read and considerably smaller stack of books i need to read. I rarely re read and entire books unless i was doing a paper on it or i felt i had missed out on something.

Dear friend,
I usually read very less and even if I read a book if that is my book then I would keep it for myself if I find it much interesting for me. Otherwise some times I may read it again that too the main parts of it. Moreover I like to read those parts only which I find it much better or reading it again gives me much satisfaction. Usually I give to my close one too if they ask for that book.

If it was a good book, I would put it in my bookshelf. Maybe some weeks later I will read it again. Or I will recommend it to my friends and borrow it to my friends.
If it was not a good book, I also put it in my bookshelf. Maybe I would sell it in a second hand shop.

If I love it, I keep it. If it didn't catch me and say, "Keep me forever"...then I sell it. My family often sells books at flea markets, ebay, and sometimes we put books on paperbackbookswap.com -- so we can get new books. =)

If the book is good I would read it again but not immediately. I will return to the book after reading a few other books. If it is not nice I am like you sell it on Ebay. But most of the time before buying a book I would spend sometime at the bookshop reading a few pages of the book before I purchase it so it's most likely I will keep the book after reading it. I have still yet to collect all the Yellow flashlight edition of Nancy Drew stories.

I don't buy a lot of books because I don't think it's a good investment. I seldom read a book twice just as I seldom watch a movie more than once. So usually after reading a book I return it to whoever lent it to me. :) Lately I've been reading a lot of ebooks. i just download them for free off the internet so when I finish a book, I delete it from my computer. It doesn't take up a lot of internal space but I don't want to accidentally read it again.

If it was a particularly good book, I'd treasure it and keep it properly back onto my bookshelf and hold it with utmost care, properly categorized. If it was a book I disliked, I just slot it any where in to my shelf haphazardly. I might give it away to someone, just to get rid of it.
Most of the books I read, I like though. So I usually take good care of all my books, never opening it wider than a few inches, etc.

Sometimes I reread it, but whether or not I liked the book, I put on my shelf..I don't think I can dispose or sell it or give it a way, just like any other of my collections..

I always keep my books. I have a collection of books. I like mostly the non-fiction books. If I like the book and if i like certain paragraphs or statements i underline them with a pencil and read them frequently. I try to implement them in my daily life. If that book is not an interesting one I just keep it aside because i dont like selling of books or giving it away. I know its a big mess sometimes but then what to do?

i just put it in my bookshelf... if i feel like reading it again, then i will grab it... otherwise, if somebody comes to my house and wants to borrow it, i just let him/her... most of the time i only read the book once... i never read the book more than once as i will feel bored... take care and have a nice day...

If i really like the book i keep it. If not i take it to a used book store and trade it for something else. After i finish it i also share it with others as long as i get it back.

Me? I don't read a book again, once I've finished it, even though it's very interesting. When I finish reading a book, I give it away to people or give them to a library...or maybe even a charity. I don't sell the books I've already read.

Well I love books. I just put them on the bookshelf. But now, I thought of selling them especially when it is not my favorite book. I keep my favorites, just some of it. Now, I am preparing for selling my other books online. Well, I just hope somebody will buy it.

I'm a horrible, horrible hoarder, and books are no exception. I still have more than a few Sweet Valley High books in the basement, as well as tons of those picture books you get as a pre-kindergartner. Almost all the books I read get stored away in boxes, and generally stay there until I forget about them.
The really, really good read-again-forever books go on my bookshelf.
