Do you skip lunch while you are working?

I usually skip it because of work. But I want to change my habit as it is not good for health.

It's nice that you are not bunking yours. I was her to make friends but didnt got approval from the people whom I have sent a request, I hope you accept it.

yup, especially if my work needs a rush.. i skipped it too if im really having some fun in my work..

You should try to eat something, even if it's a small, light meal - that's what I usually do at work. You shouldn't skip lunch. Breakfast either.

I usually eat a nice breakfast but I seldom find time to eat during the lunch time.

I did that for a week and I felt weak at work. And when I got home, I pigged out because I was so hungry. And yes you should stop, because it is very unhealthy for you.
