My referrals aren't earning...

I have a lot of referrals but only a couple are actually earning me any money. Anyone know of any ideas on how I can encourage my referrals to do more posting? It's hard when mylot won't let you message anyone but your "friends". I think people should also be able to message their referrals, see how they're doing, give them some encouragement and what not. What do you think?

I have tried adding my referrals as buddies but they haven't added me... so i can't message them. It's rather frustrating...

about 4% of referreals will post enough to make a difference, its just teh way it is, go for well chosen referrerals and it will all even out in the end, plus any money thay make us is a bons so I'm nlt too worried!

Maybe you could do a posting about it to get their attention? Maybe that would help. And yes, I agree, mylot should let us message anyone, if they don't want to hear from us they can delete it and block us. Good luck, you are doing better than myself, I don't have any referrals.

I got a refferral but it did not went on my earnings i recieved an email telling me about it strange.

I'm sorry you aren't having good luck with your referrals. I've referred a few people, but no one even bothered to sign up. Most of the people I know are teachers who are already working more than full time and aren't interested in something like this. Maybe your referrals joined and then discovered they weren't making much money. That could turn a lot of people off.
