How many computers do you own?

We have two personal computers and a laptop so that each one of us can stay on a computer without disturbing the other. I kept my old computer to be used by my son. I did not think it was worth doing an upgrade. It is still usable and in good condition. My son can also browse on the internet with it. I was given the laptop by the company that I work for. How many computers do you own in your house?

i hope you will be able to buy that laptop soon.... hehhee.. just mylot alot, that's what i say... hehehe.... i am mylotting my way to a video ipod. so far, i have received $53 from mylotting... this is just to encourage you. hope i will reach $10 tonight so i can qualify for the september payout. happy mylotting.

I have one desktop computer. I'm trying to save up and get a laptop so I can do my work on it and not have to wait for other people in the house to get done using the computer. I also have an old tower and i'm going to get a monitor for it and put it up for the kids.

I have two computers my friend, both Macs, as I don't like PC's I have one that I work on and do all my internet stuff from, the other isn't connected to the internet because the motherboard has problems and it was too expensive to replace but I use it as my dvd player, it has a much bigger screen so I watch my dvds on it as I haven't got a dvd player, I don't use it as a computer, just for watching dvds only. It is not a back up.

I have two computers too. One PC and an awesome MacBook. The PC is four years old, where as the Mac is just 7 months. I love both of them, Mac More. PC helps me play games. Mac is used for all other stuff. Watching movies, surfing, because its faster. Everything on the Mac is cool.

What's the difference between Mac and PC? There were times that Mac had better GUI and it was more user friendly but in my opinion PC have increased in this aspect lately.

The thins about PCs is, they are very unsecure. You always need to monitor activity on it. You need not do that on the Mac. You say that PC's have caught up with being as good as the Mac in case of GUI's, but there are many features that are missing in the PC, and several others that are found only by using third party applications. Mac on the other hand makes like easy by giving all he required applications in built and not expecting you to download other softwares get around your daily work. Also one doesn't have the fear of getting his system infected with virus when using a Mac. No hackers too. So you can use the internet very care freely. Other than that, there are many devices that need drivers in PC. But on a Mac, no such drivers are needed. You just need to plug the device and start using it.

We both have a laptop in our house,they are convenient to use and though maybe the desktops are more reliable and tend to break down less often we still stick to the laptops.We have a wireless connection so it works well ,and the desk top that is stored away must need up grading well and truly by now,it was second hand when we had it first of all,but upgrades etc and computer technology remain a mystery to me,I would need the advice of an expert to tell me if an upgrade was required.

I have 5 computer and am looking to get another. I have a older Dell desktop that I am using as an internet gateway/router for my verizon wireless usb modem. I have a Dell desktop for my kids to play on. I have a homemade desktop for my use. My wife has an Acer 7720 Laptop that she uses. I have an older Compaq desktop that is currently not in use. I am looking at getting myself an older (1Ghz or better) laptop for school.

i am a student and i have only one desktop computer in my room. we have 800 computers in our labs. we can use them whenever we want. i don't need any more. i will purchase another one whenever i feel that i need new one or my configuration is getting older.

I own a computer and a Laptop, my computer being a few years older than my laptop. Expectedly, my computer has more problems than my laptop so I plan to get another PC.
