Are you afraid of snakes?

Yes, and I dislike them very much... I don't even want to be near one when I see it.. Even if it is baby snake, I still will fear it.. Anything that bites, and is poisonous I will fear!

Ooooh I love snakes!! and the bigger the better..I think they are just amazing creatures actually...My daughter and son both like them too but my husband can't stand them..

I don't like snakes. We used to live in a farm when I was young and there were lots of snakes in the bushes. I remember one time when my brother and I were playing around some barrels of hay when suddenly a snake crawled out of the pile and slither right across my foot! I nearly had a heart attack. Good thing that I was too scared to move so the snake did not notice that it was already crawling on top of my foot!

I really dislike snakes.but fried in rape oil,the snake(after peel its skin) is very delicious...hope this do not scare you. it is said in china the meat of snake could cure the rash.

me dont really like snakes. I hate them ...evnthg some may look harmless we never knw wat they ll do...so its better to stay away frm thse...but i have not come across a snake other than t zoo...hope its always b t same

[i]HI nl, I hate snakes...I will run as fast as I could if I will encounter it..My Mother also is very brave when it comes to killing and attacking snakes, we always find little snakes before in the house since we used to stock stock the corn that we harvest and they love to stay there! Last April, when I started to have my garden, I found a snake, I tried to be brave and follow him and kill him, my hubby stopped me and he pick up the snake, he showed to me that it has no teeth and they are there to eat the insects...ohhh....I don't care if they have teeth or not, I will not be touching and trusting them![/i]

Hello,Capricorn! I do not like to come closer to snakes as they are dreadful creepers.If they bite people may die of poison.Of course all of them are not poisonous.In some parts of the glove people eat snakes.Thanx.

I have never really been afraid of snakes. Actually, when I was younger a boyfriend and I had a few for pets. I did get bit a couple of times but it didn't bother me as they were not poisonous. I never really liked feeding them to much but was never afraid of them.

The name alone already scares me.Of course i am really scared of a snake.I always heard that no one survive with their poisonous bites.I still want to live longer,I know there are alot in the provinces in my country but here in the US i never seen one.I had seen many times in my country before.It was really scary.But i am glad no one was hurt.

No. I know they won't harm a person unless their life is threatened. SO unlike humans.

I don't care for snakes, but I know they can be beneficial since they keep the rodent population down. My husband is deathly afraid of them. The only personal experience I have with them is that I found a few black snakes in my pole barn a couple of times. I didn't kill them, just took a nearby stick, lifted them up and tossed them into the grass nearby. Still pretty creepy, though.

who's fast on the earth.. is it d snake r man.. people wud spring up to say snake.. but they don't understand that wen the snake is behind man u can see him running for his life...i've had d worst xperience wid snakes guys ...there was a snake in ma car for a week n din notice tat.. wen i was cleanin ma car it jus slithered over ma legs..man ma life was at stake!!!!

Some. I caught a baby grass snake once and he was so cute but my stepdad was scared of him so I had to let him go lol. If they can kill you then yes I am scared of them why would anyone want to put their lifes in danger for a snake. Once though there was a snake coiling up getting ready to strike at either me or my cousin my grandpaw tells us not to move then what are we suppose to do just stay and let it get us lol. My grandpaw cut the snakes head off and it was kind of funny b/c it was still moving around. I'm not sure what kind of snake it was but we were on a deck so it came around us.

Just like you if it is in the cage I can go near it. I think my fear is due to the poisonous bites they have and their stealthness and their speed. i am not afraid of snakes at all. i love all kinds of animals. i've gone to the zoo and take a picture with a big python. their skin is so smooth and cool. totally not slimy at all, contrary to popular belief. however, if i were to find a snake in my toilet bowl, i don't think i'll sit down on it. i'll give it a wide berth and find another toilet. cheers ;p

Only poisonous snakes. I have handled snakes in my life and they are cool creatures. I am not really afraid of any creature but am cautious of ones that may harm me.

I'm not that afraid of snakes, but i don't love them either. I hate cold blooded things especially the reptiles. I used to touch one in the zoo which i thought it was a fake one, but it turns out to be a real one, luckily it was a tame snake raise by the owner. Thank God I didn't get biten.

I am so afraid of snakes, everytime I see snakes I freak out. When I was kid I saw a lot in our vegetable garden, and whenever I saw one even a baby snake I will run as fast as possible.
