i am also shy to ask for a change but if i am not in a good mood. well, i will ask my change even it is a single cents. sometimes, you feel the how drivers are arrogant with regards to their passengers. i hate drivers who are arrogant and instead fight their passengers. it's really ridiculous.

i will insist if it is above $1. petty person huh :) haha. no , the whole point is that i dont want to leave any money behind unaccounted for. money is precious. saving 50 cents a day adds to $3.50 a week = $14 a month = $168 a year and so on. u get my point? if u want to think of it as a tip to the driver , den dont bother getting it back.

SAme here, it all depends on the amount ^_^ SOmetimes if it's just 10-20cents of change, i will just ask the driver to keep the change ^_^ ANd there are times whereby the fare is $6.10 or $6.20, some drivers will just round down to $6, not wanting to collect the additonal 10-20cents too ^_^ It all depends on each individual's character, and for those petty or calculative ones, they will sure insist on taking back all the change.. lol

I'll get my change when its above 1peso and it depends on the number of people on jeepney. What irritates me most is when the driver ignores your complain pretending they never hear anything.

Most of the time, even though it is only a small amount, i do ask for my change. Some drivers are really acting-deaf about it sometimes, and this can not be tolerated, what's mine is mine. Sometimes, it feels embarrassing, calling out especially if i'm away from the driver. But it can also be a time to show courage, and not passivity.

Yeah, definitely ill make a step to be able to get my change. Some drivers tend not to return change that they pretend that they forget it inorder for them to be able to acquire it. To stop this wrong practice of drivers i have to brag to have my change whether its a small amount like one peso i still have to get it. I pay for the right transportation fare so they must return also the right amount.

Well, there is nothing wrong in asking for it. It's a one man operation so there are times they will forget things like that. Just hope that they don't forget to use the brakes. LOL!

i would call their attention to it. they may do that alot to pad thrie on pockets. it wouldn't be the money as much as it would be then intentionally doing that to people.

Hi there! Of course, I will ask for my change no matter how small the amount may be. Drivers should be honest to their passengers and they should give the change they owe to their passengers. Sometimes drivers only act as if they forgot to give the change and if passengers will let them get away with it, it will become their habit. And its a bad habit. Ciao!

For me, it depends on how much is my change is. If i have a big amount change i never hesitate to ask my change. I would not give my 50 peso change that's lots of money in philippines lol. Happy posting.

I would get my change if it is higher than 1peso but if lower than that I will let the driver have it. But I usually pay the exact amount to prevent the driver from having the problem counting my change. To let him concentrate more on his driving.. Happy mylotting..

Definitely I will ask for my change even if it is just a small amount. I am not just picking money anywhere so why gave an extra to drivers?
