I used Yahoo. I used Gmail. I used Rediff. But I liked Gmail the most because it is simple and looks professional. Yahoo was good to look and the options supplied are good, but gMail is more easy to uses and doesn't take time to load unlike Yahoo. That's it.

when it comes to service..Gmail rocks..when it comes to security & privacy..yahoo is the solution .. i think when trying to deal with financial secure issues we should use a ISP mail like a web domain bonus e-mail account & such stuff..but if we r seeking a large email capacity & less restrictions, then we go around back to Gmail

I think gmail is the best email. It has got good protection from spam..It also has unlimited storage for photos and videos. It also has a facility to chat with friends when they are online at the same time.

Yeah, and large amount of emails with attachment doesn't bonce back to the sender when you use Gmail to receive emails.

In the last years time I switched to DSL.
I have Qwest as service porvider.
I use WindowsLive as my internet pages.
This includes hotmail which so far I have no complaints.
It is all a matter of taste etc.
I've had a couple hundred emails and still had pleanty space left in my inbox.
So I say hotmail right now even though my email ends in @q.com not hotmail.com.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

yes yahoo is one of the best according to me too and even i have it as my homepage
and i trust it. but one thing i would like to tell is when there is any photos or more documents to attach i find yahoo takes more time and dont have more facility but this i really find it easy on gmail and it is good to attach more and more files and photos easily.
when concerned to mailing i like yahoo and i feel its more better than other sites.
and about chatting i feel yahoo is better and have more facilities and advanced as i had even tried in gmail and i feel yahoo is better.

I've been using Yahoo for a long time. I also use its yahoo messenger. I find it very convenient to use, but lately yahoo has been suspending some of our emails due to large amount of emails with attachment. Some of the emails bounce back to the sender. So for large amount of email with attachments I'd prefer Gmail. Happy posting everyone!!

I used Yahoo as my primary email and in fact I don't like it so much as I found two times it can not receive any emails without pre-notice to me due to the capacity of email box.I have thousand of emails per month for the work issue and I need to clear the email box periodic to make sure that I can receive emails functionly....I think Gmail is better, which can get the email automaticly and have more capacity~`lol

I like gmail. I like how they are hooked into other websites like youtube. It makes it easy to remember your internet passwords if you can simply log in through your email account. I also like gmail because they have lots of storage room. However I've yahoo and hotmail, and they all seem very user friendly. I think the internet email servers seems to be better than the software that comes windows. Thanks for posting, and happy mylotting.

I personally find Yahoo Mail to be the most functional for everyday and personal needs. The functions are simple and I don't feel bombarded with options. The only downside I find with Yahoo is if you want to forward your Yahoo emails to an email manager, like Outlook, you have to get an upgrade to the premium email account, which costs money.
Gmail, however, does not.
Gmail has its perks if you're dealing with massive amounts of email. Their email shortcuts are extremely useful (but take time to get use to of course), steamlining the process of going through one's inbox. You can also send email's using other addresses without having to leave your Gmail account and that is pretty amazing. Importing and exporting email addresses is easy and free, a great service to have.
I think eventually Gmail will overtake Yahoo, but it will be a while until then.

I have many email accounts that come with my domain hosting. I have one primary address and many other for marketing-related matters. I prefer not using the others like yahoo, gmail and MSN because they throw practically every email on the spam folder if you don't have them on your friends list.
Cheers,
Ed

I use to use yahoo but, yahoo allows to much spam even when you complain about it to them it seem to fall upon deaf ears...now on the other hand Hotmail is king when it come to scam emails they jump right on it i love Hotmail they respond when their's a threat to their clients...Yahoo might be the most popular but with Hotmail you will never have to worry about getting rip-off with these scam emails.I mean they Hotmail take care of it...

I currently have addresses in yahoo and gmail, but I am so used to yahoo that it is my favorite. It is my homepage too and I love being able to open internet explorer and see how many new messages that I have. I also have a "windows live" mail thing or whatever, but I never use that.
