Do you ever wonder who lives next door to you?
Our last neighbor we never even seen the first year.
I always said he must be some kind of serial killer that has all his bodies in the tub, because we always heard weird noises
but never seen any body.
Now we have new neighbors, they always seem to bang on the walls.
First we thought they hanging pictures but now they been there 6 month and still
there is that banging noise every other day.
Makes you wonder what they do.
Do you have strange neighbors?

I wish I had neighbors that would just keep to themself but I don't and my neighbor has a bad habit of using my drive way to drive his truck into his front yard!! URG! I was even driving out of my driveway one day and he started honking at me ! So since, no matter what we say he rufuses to not use my driveway we are going to put up a fence so he won't be able to do that anymore unless he want to wreck his truck.

Yeah. I know all my neighbours here. But I keep them at a distance because they get nosy, the moment you get friendly with them, drop in at unwanted times and do not care for privacy. Sadly, none of our neighbours have a pet so that I can pretend to socialize with them on the pretext of playing with their pet .And luckily, none of them are strange and do not make any noises and all. So I'm pretty much at peace all the time.

We moved around quite a bit for the last 2 years, and I think that at each place there were weird sounding people who we've never seen but we would hear every type of noise there is.
Now that you mentioned it, in the last place we lived, there were always bumping and stumping sounds up against the walls and sounds of a weed eater, or that's what it sounded like.
It drove me nuts.

The house next to us has been empty the whole time we've lived here, which is 14 months now. The house across the street is a rental, and the people there change fairly often. When we first moved in, it was a pregnant girl, her husband, and one of their friends. They moved shortly after the baby was born. Then it was a man and a woman. They were really nice. Now it's a bunch of single guys. I'm pretty sure they are all oil guys. I think there's about 5 or 6 of them, but usually only 2-3 there at any time. They are quiet and polite. Even when they have parties, they are usually quiet. The only time we really hear them is when they are watching football. They get excited then.
There's an older lady that lives to them. She doesn't really like us. I think it's because my dogs tend to bark a lot when they are excited. We do keep them in the house over 90% of the time, so they don't disturb others too often.

hi missy bear oh yes I do wonder as they never have seen
fit to talk to us at all. infact one neighbor is so quiet'we are wondering if maybe they are vampire who sleep in coffins in 'ther daytime and only come out in the dark. the other'
neighbors talk a lot to each other in some language that I have
no clue as to what it is.I just know I dont know anything about them at all, not even their names. I have tried to at least speak to them whenever I have met them coming out of their apartment but they just nodded and grunted. yuck.At least we dont have the neighbor from hell we had in the last place we were. she lived below us and constantly banged on her ceiling with a broom, no matter how quiet we were, just walk across the rooom and it was bang, bang. bang. She made such a fuss about my sons desk chair that he bought a new one and padded under it toquell any noise. she s till went right on pounding, fihally the manager got mad and evicted us.later we found out the manager did not like my son so she put that neighbor below us to complain so she had an excuse to evict us. I would never live in an upstairs apartment again.most apts are old and floors squeak and tenants are not to blame.

Before i moved to this appartement i lived downstairs.
People above me sounded like they were bowling all the time.
Now i'm upstairs and i try to walk quietly and don't stump on the ceiling.

Maybe they are just doing a lot of remodeling and doing it themselves. That can take a long time depending on what they might be doing.

I know my neighbors, but I can't stand them one bit!! The neighbors to my left are neighbors that want to borrow everything you have. One night, they asked to borrow my oven AND my computer. We said "No" of course. Then, to my right is my landlord's hair salon business. So, we ever have a problem and it's open, we can just walk right on over. I can't stand either neighbors because they can be so loud.
I can't wait to move out to the country where it'll be more peaceful!
