Who is your fav singer?

I listen to a lot of music. The stuff teens usually listen to. I have a lot of favourites-Avril lavigne, Linkin Park, Green day...... The kind of music i prefer to hear depends on my mood. If i am thrilled and excited, i would love to hear tracks by green day and Avri l lavigne. If i'm loony,lonely or in a funny sad mood, I prefer slow songs from backstreet boys,Westife etc. My interests change over time.
I have noticed that in an album, out of 10 songs,2 becomes superhits. And the rest ofthe album feels like its there just for making up that 10 song limitation and all. I feel like that especiall y when i'm hearing works by backstreet boys. Also, No singer is that sensational. You are adie hard fan of one singer for a month or two. Then you hear a wonderful song by another artis, now yu are that guy's fan. it has happened to me. My fan list goes like this:
Backstreet boys-Blue-Linkin Park-Green day-Hilarry duff-All American ridgets-High school Musicals-Avril Lavigne.
Dont know who's next.
But i still love to listen to those cool tracks by linkin parks.
So what kind of music lover are you? What kind of songs do you love to hear? Who's your favourite artist. Also, please mention your favourite music albums so that i can download and hear them. Rock on!

I love to listen to oldies from the 50's and 60's and so on. They are my number one choice for music. I would say I have two favorite singers. My favorite singers are Frankie Lymon and Michael Jackson. I listen to all kinds of music, these two people just inspire me.

My all time favorite singer is madonna of course . She has a way of reinventing herself in order for her to be "in " in whatever generation she is in the time she is making an album. I mean her song is very intellectual and good to listen too also. I also like Josh Groban (actually love it )

My favorite singer is Dave Matthews. Something about his voice just seems to do it for me. My other favorites would be Korn, Metallica, Joss Stone. Korn and Metallica I like all of their stuff. Joss Stone I like "fell in love with a boy". I like a wide range of music.

For me, its got to be Heart's lead singer Ann Wilson... I love classic rock and powerful voices, and she's definetely on the top of my list. I like their 70's stuff better, but as far as their 80's songs go, they're great too. I also love Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, 3 Doors Down, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, and why not? some Beatles there and nice Abba (wow, quite a difference) over here...
So yes, I'm an oldies girl and I love it!

I like Backstreet boys team as such. I have one more favourite he's SPB an Indian singer,he's just too good to be discribed. Infact his name is also present in guiness book for singing maximum number to songs

i like old songs like that of beatles..hehe really i dont know, guess i just got it from my parents.. anyway, i love david cook.. and celine dion, and i dont know who else.. there are a lot of songs that i like though, but i am not so much into the artist you see..

I have a lot of favorite music artists and would listen to their songs depending on the mood I'm in.
But of all these, my top choices remain songs of The Corrs. All their albums are great. Too bad they've disbanded. So it's great to still have their concerts and albums to listen to and watch when I miss them.
I also am a big fan of Enya, Josh Groban, Jim Brickman and jazz/new age artists like Jim Chappell, David Benoit, Kevyn Lettau, etc.
If you want a pleasant surprise, listen to Robert Downey Jr's (yeah, THE Iron Man!) album entitled "The Futurist". I have always loved his voice and it was so nice that he made an album a couple of years ago.

Well, I can say that the choice of music depends on my mood. When I'm in good mood I prefer to listen to some dance music, I also prefer Five at those moments. When I'm blue I prefer to listen to pop ballades of Westlife and BSB, I like to listen to them before falling asleep. My fan list is very long, something like this:
1. Westlife
2. BSB
3. Linkin Park
4. Nickelback
5. Blue
6. Five
7. Avril Lavigne
And so on...
Most of all I like Westlife and can say that I love all their albums. They have really good songs. But nowadays I prefer to listen to Linkin Park.

At the moment I've been listening to a lot of post rock stuff. The new Mogwai album, The Hawk is Howling is really good. I've also been listening to a bunch of Efterklang, Sigur Ros, Cats and Cats and Cats, The Notwist and Explosions in the Sky etc... Check myspace or last.fm if you're curious :)
