poking them works. For some reason, they need to sleep awhile before snoring again.

My hubby and I both snore a bit but we have been married almost 46 years now and we just gently shake the other and say can you turn over on your side sweetheart and it usually gives us both time to go back to sleep , we are just so used to each other now xx

Ok wat shld we do to ignore snoring.... Wear some ear guards before sleeping . Or close ur ear with cotton.
Last but not least Dont care about snoring. You just read something or watch something till u get sleep really. Then u ll sleep automatically

my dad snores- I remember hearing him snore like crazy and not being able to sleep because of it. I don't think there's anything you can do about it.
I used to snore too- something about my tonsils being too big, vibrations, and stuff like that. They're gone now (they're removed), and I don't snore anymore, but that's not really a solution to your problem!

My husband snores and he's so loud that his freinds have told him that he needs to give me an award! Our son taped him once so that he could show daddy how loud he was.
If he starts snoring after I'm asleep it doesn't bother me or wake me up...but if he's snoring when I'm trying to go to sleep, then it's really difficult. I sometimes hold his nose or turn him to the side. Sometimes, nothing works and I then wake him up! But that's of no use either because he can go back to sleep in 1 second (literally!)

Snoring is natural for those who are heavy in weight. Fat people snore. This due to fat in their respiratory section of the body. They do not know that they are badly snoring. They nothing as they do it unconsciously. If the respiratory section is free for breath they have no reason for snores. Change or turn of side also cause to stop or less the snoring action. If you call the name of a snoring person it will cause to make him or her alert and it will stop the snoring. Male and female both snore if they are heavy in weight or they are too much tired.
