The time is gonna fall back 1 hour at 2am sunday morning.
Is that gonna effect you in any way.
Lucky it always happens on my day of.
The people that work the grave yard shift have to work 1 hour longer.Bummer.
But there are good points, you can sleep longer and if you have joined custody and you have
to return your children that day you can spend another hour with them.
What are some of the + and - of the time change for you?

Whether the days and nights are longer or shorter, it won't affect me too much at all, but I always liked the longer nights for some reason or another.
I love to sleep and I sleep so much better at night than daytime.Although the sleeping part is out, because I don't get much sleep anymore.
I always wake up at the same time every morning anyway, time change or not, so the real bottom line here is that I'll be doing the same thing I been doing except for riding my bike outside around 7pm.

Good for you, it doesn't effect me much either.
For the first week at work i think i could be home now instead of still at work, but that
passes after a while.
Sleeping in is out.
I still got up at 4am on my day of.

It can be disconcerting but I am pretty sure there will be advantages. Time is not changing in my neck of the woods. Cheers!!

I guess you don't have to worry about changing all your clocks.

Our clocks went back last weekend which was very nice as it meant an extra hour in bed for us! Other than that it did not affect us very much, although it did make sunday feel like it was lasting forever which I did not like because I absolutely hate Sundays.

Is this the daylight saving thing? I lived in Toronto before so we had to adjust the time as well when winter was approaching. I always got my time mixed up the day before. Until now, I don't understand why they still do this, but I just follow the change anyway. Now that I'm in the Philippines, we don't have this anymore, which is great!
