Is this a joke? If it isn`t then he has some imagination but a perverted one i would say.Making personal remarks is downright rude and maybe one day someone will say something about him which he won`t like.

That's one of the most stupidest, rudest remarks a guy could give to a girl. It's not even between giving a compliment and an insult. It's like pure insult. I'm not a girl, but that's just not a good thing to say to a girl. The guy needs some really hard punch in the face.
