We have mouthwash in the house all the time. I use it a few times a week. I don't know how much it helps though. I think most of them just help keep your breath fresh for a short amount of time. Do you use mouthwash?

I use mouth wash a lot. I have one I use in the morning and a different kind I use at night. I drink a lot of coffee so I worry about my teeth staining. I also just enjoy having fresh breathe, in a way it is a weight maintenence thing for me. If my breathe is fresh I will pass up a snack sometimes.

I just brush my teeth.

I used to use mouthwash. The teeth whitening kind. But I stopped. I find that a good brushing will do the trick for the whites of my teeth and a piece of gum covers the breath freshening.

I use mouthwash every once in awhile. I'm using a kind that is supposed to help make your teeth stronger and more resistant to cavaties. Since I don't use it so often I guess I'm not seeing much of an improvement but I do use it sometimes. I guess I probably should start using it a bit more. It's cheaper than constantly going to the dentist.

Ya it is necessary thing in house...
Doctors recommend it for children. I think except fresh sensation it also help the iodine layers of teeth to fight against germs
