Well, i think it can be played on both NVidia 8600GT and 8800GT with more RAM (Random Access memory) and good amount of free Hard Disk Space (15GB+). You should even have a good processor with i think 2GHz speed. These are the minimum requirements, and not the recommended ones.

well do you know when it will be releasing. on many sites the realease date was 3 december 2008. everyday the dates are changing.

shucks... i visited the site and it shows that the pc version is having quite a lot of technical difficulties. i guess i have to wait about a month before buying this one, when they have corrected the issues and have released all the patches.

I haven't played GTA IV yet but i heard that the PS3 version is a lot better than PC one.

thatls a very interesting game,,i have played GTA vice city and GTA san andreas,,since vice city,,i have been loved the series of it!but my computer cannot not run the latest one--GTA4,,,so poorly..

This game is plagued with bugs. I have a good computer and get poor framerates (even when I can play Crysis on near max without any problems). What's odd is I set the game's graphical settings to high and get between 10-15fps and then I set al lthe settings to low and get between 12-17fps. I have installed the GTA patch and updated my graphics card drives to 180.84 but no good. Performance is a major issue with this game.

recently i was watching "game" on espn. in that i came to know that gta 4 has been patched and i think it would correct all the bugs. now i am eagerly waiting for my gta 4 pc version to posted on my doors. I had already downloaded the patch
