up9nine Absoulutely walking will lose weight and make you more health ,but i prefer running,i usually run 6 or 7 laps(400m per lap),,running is a great exercise,,i fell more better than before

up9nine 7 am is too early,i think.8 am may be the best time to working,,,you need 1and half to reach your office?so long ,,,,may be you could take ask you boss if you can start work late,,,,anyway,,may be you could go sleep early and wake up early to adjust with it.
