I saw the movie last month and really enjoyed watching it. Liked the Abba music and the story is light and a pleasure watching.

Well, I saw Mamma Mia live on stage about 3 years ago and it was wonderful. I love ABBA songs and this story is based around a young girl who is trying to find out the identity of her biological father. It incorporates alot of ABBA songs in it. I thorougly enjoyed it and plan on buying the DVD very soon. It should be really good, it has an all star cast. I am looking forward to seeing Pierce Brosnan singing. I can't wait for it to come out. The DVD is being released on December 16, 2008 and I have already preordered it. I can't wait to hear Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan and the teenage girl from Big Love singing in this. It is ABBA songs so you know it will be good. I have seen the Broadway play 3 times now.

I still didn#t saw it however I herd lot of people that they saw it and said it is a good film.

Its a good movie if your into like somewhat musical. I love the twist of the story though [;

I have wanted to watch this movie but haven't been able to as of yet. It sounds like it will be a good fun movie to see. So what did you think of it? On a scale of 1-5 stars how many ***** do you give it? Yes I like ABBA also.

i havent watched it yet but am looking forward to it. I bet it is good. Its on the next list that I have in my mind to rent. It looks wonderful.

I like Mamma MIA!!! lol =D I like the musical but i din get to watch it when they are in town 3 yrs ago, and with the extended period, i'm still not able to find time to watch it, thus i'm regretting even til now.. I know of the movie, but i wont watch it because the feel is completely different, and i cant imagine Pierce bosnan, dancing and singing along in that?? lol =D It just gives me the goosebump.. lol

Hi ronald, at the moment no I haven't seen the movie but have heard it is really good and frome the trailers on TV it looks good, so recommend it to you hopefully will be able to see it locally...littleowl

The stage show was better. I kind of object to musicals where the characters can't sing that well. Pierce Brosnan definitely can't sing and Meryl Streep didn't sing as well as I was led to believe. Still it's a fun movie other than that!

i hate musicals so im gonna not bother with it.. other wise it looked good but ugh constantly singing drives me nuts!

Hello ronaldinu I have heard that it is a really good movie too. Both my mum and brother have seen (not together) and they raved about it. Make sure you watch it to the end when they roll the credits up as there is a bit at the end! I'm not saying any more! Enjoy

I haven't seen it. It looks like a fun film. I imagine it was really fun for the cast to make! My mom grew up with ABBA, so she was interested in seeing the movie, although she hasn't had the chance yet. I hope you enjoy it. Maybe you can give us a review after you have seen it.

Oh this is such a fab movie, it made me laugh so so much!! I loved it and really wanted to sing along as well . . . . ENJOY!!

I hope to watch that with my wife. She loved ABBA herself and I would have taken her to see it in the theater, but she was willing to wait for the DVD.

You will enjoy it. Even Pierce Bronsnan did a good job singing, lol. I have heard that the Broadway show was better, but since I did not see it, I have no comparison. I know that I thoroughly enjoyed this film and cannot wait to see it again.
