Tell Me About You

I was going to see if I could add a new Interest "All about me" so we could each post something about ourselves so that we can get to know each other better, that is what Mylot is all about right. But I could not figure out how to do it, so I am starting the disucssion here. Here is a little unknown fact about me that most people do not know. I am a publilshed Poet. The following poem appear in The Anthology of Amature Poets in 1999: Visions from the past are haunting me Reminding me of the destiny that was fore told so many years ago Alone and afraid I jump from shadow to shadow Careful to hide the tears that walk down my face Day and another night lay broken and tossed in the shadows with me May hopes and dreams wither and die with each passing minute Hours feel like days and days feel like years Sorrow fills each dyeing ember in my soul I yearn for the happiness I see in others eyes With the next passing minutes I will walk into the light Careful not to let anyone know the horror that fills me I wrote this after I was diagnosed with MS. It was my own kind of theorpy. I started writing stories and poems when I was 11 and to this day, I still write regularly. What do you think?
