MizzWilliams33 Depends on what you're nervous about. Maybe she's mistaking the term "Nervous" for the feeling of being "scared" instead...still, I don't think it's normal for a 5-yr old to be "nervous" out of the blue like that. Dig a little deeper...something's up.

MizzWilliams33 Try adjusting her bedtime by 1/2 hr until you get it right. I'm thinking 9 hours is enough--but play with her bedtime a bit and see what happens....good luck!
