The best way to lose weight is to have a big breakfast. Oat meal id one food that will help to keep you from getting too hungry through out the day. The have a fair sized lunch and very small supper. Your body won't use the calories that you have in the evening. Your best bet is that if you want something to eat in the evening is a piece of fruit so that by bed time your stomach is empty and can rest during the night. Your stomach needs to rest the same way that you do.

One more thing, you ll have to do workouts. No heavy start with light aerobics. Then move to normal push ups, sit ups, chin ups, etc, try to burn fat and try to burn it more in the morning. Its a time when you are fresh and has to taken anything through the whole night. So, take sufficient water when you wake up.. then either you start running or do warm up exercises and do the work out that i mentioned.

Hey, do one thing, if you want to reduce your weight, then control your morning and evening food, if you have food before bed, try to reduce the volume of your intake. Try the same with breakfast also, be active all the time, basically what you need is a mindset to do, so. You can have your lunch a bit heavy as you ll be active the whole day.

According to research you should not skip meals. In fact they recommend that you eat 4-6 small meals a day. You just spread out your calories througout the day that way you are not hungry (starving) when it is time to eat, so you don't overeat. I too am trying to lose weight and know how hard it can be. I am not used to eating breakfast or lunch, so I have to force myself to eat these meals (small amounts), plus the mini meals (light snacks) in between. Good luck to you.
