Are you choc-a-holic?

I Love chocolate. I love the creamy melting in my mouth and can appreciate a good quality chocolate. I am not sure if it is feel good factor that I am after when I feel the urge to indulge in chocolate. I love the texture and taste. I am aware that it is also loaded with caffine. Am I addicted or know anyone who is? I have had a hunch about some. Even myself, sometimes. It is like I need it. This goes in spurts. Months can go by and then suddenly it is like, I really want some good chocolate. Low quality chocolate just doesn't satisfy the craving either. Right now I am done with chocolate cravings for awhile. It used to come monthly but since that has changed. Now it is just whenever. Not any regular intervals. I do love chocolate. In many different forms. I enjoy cooking with chocolate as well.

Whenever I think about chocolate, I think about what my mother said once about it and you can take that any way you want. My mother is from the Caribbean and she told me that when she was young, she and her siblings would go in the field picking the raw cocoa pods and they would suck it raw and they would be straight up DRUNK or intoxicated. whatever you want to say. So I never forgot it and treat it accordingly. She also said that their parents gave them a good whipping. Mind you this was around the Depression leading up to WW2. My mom is 80 now.

I would consider myself I choc-a-holic. I ask for it each christmas. That is all I want. I will end up with boxes and boxes for chocolates. I have eaten 5 boxes of chocolates in a two day span. The only thing I ate was chocolate. Therefore it isn't something I should have in my house regularly. I basically allow myself to have it at holiday times and not have it for the rest of the year. I actually was in the hospital when I was 9 because I got very sick from eating too much. So I am a choco-a-holic in the worst way.

Yes, I am a chocoholic. A day without chocolate is like a day without sunshine. There are soooo many ways to do chocolate. It's really, really cold where I am right now, so hot chocolate is the order of the day. Fun topic, take care.

Hi vanilla. I love chocolate but my daughter is addict to it. She always chooses desserts with chocolate LOL. I need to do desserts with chocolate most of the time. How I like fruits and want that she eat fruits too I created many desserts with chocolate and fruits. I think that you will not find one person here that doesn't like chocolate . Have a nice day.

i dont think im a chocolate addict but if its around i will eat it till its gone lol.. but i dont make a note to buy it etc.. most of my friends dont like chocolate for some reason lol

well not really, but i used to eat chocolate when i am surfing the net... i like cadbury. .
