What Did You Do Today Before Hopping On Mylot?

What! Are you trying to make me feel guilty for doing absolutely NOTHING, NOTTA, ZILTCH? Oh come on when I woke up this morning it was only 7:30am and my baby was still sleep and husband getting ready to go off to work. What else is there to do this early in the morning? I know what you're thinking. Are you thinking "chores" as in "clean up"? Sorry I don't understand that type of language, but I don't start to refresh my home until about 10:00am. I hate the word 'chores' or 'cleanup' Hearing those words makes me feel lazy. If you call it a 'chore' I might not do it, but I'll turn a dump into a flower bed if you call it something like restore or refresh. That sounds more refreshing huh? In conclusion: I did NOTHING before I hopped my butt on Mylot this morning. What about you?

I just finished watching it too. You're right, he should be given a chance to prove himself. And he is president, so people should give him a chance.

Hmmm well I made breakfast, got the hubby off to work, the kids off to school, made the beds, took a shower, did 2 loads of laundry, washed dishes, took out the garbage, cleaned out the microwave, swept the living room, cleaned the bathrooms and that's about it! LOL Now I'm ready for mylotting for a while, then off to the pick up the kids from school and to the grocery store. Then I will be back mylotting this evening. I don't get on the computer much through the day. Most of mine is of the evening after the dust settles! Have a Great Day!

This morning before I hopped on myLot I fed my daughter some breakfast and made 2 batches of toffee popcorn and 2 1/5 pounds of English toffee for some orders I have. I am taking a break right now on myLot while it cools. In a little bit I am going to hop in the shower and package up that stuff before I hope back on myLot for a bit. I have to take it to the post office later today too.

Brownies are in the oven now. I am making them in cup cake liners. Some have M&M's and some have Reese's pieces in them.

That's what I do, every day! I can't move much, physically speaking, so I hobble into my office and plunk myself down in my comfy chair and come right to myLot. This is my home away from home. Geez, this is actually MORE of my home than my home is! Home is family, home is friends, home is where you're most comfortable and I must say that, right now, that place is myLot! Things are getting better here (we had a long talk last night) and I can now have whomever I want over whenever I want. (It was either that or the big 'D' and he doesn't want that!) But, myLot is still the place where I'm happiest! I agree with you that 'refresh' sounds so nice! I LOVE that word! No more housecleaning for me... I'm gonna refresh my home from now on! (So is HE! LOL)

You just made a strong point there. Mylot really is home no doubt about it. I am so happy to hear that home with hubby is going good for you. See, talking about it really helped this time. Though it don't seem to work here. Good for you! You deserve to be happy. Hugs always...

I sent kids to school and then did the dishes (kids were suppose to do them last night yeah right! lol) and cleaned up, started a load of clothes, folded clothes and waited for our 2 year old to get up. Been running since. I come here on breaks ..lol Maybe someday I can do nothing before coming here but so far it hasn't happened! lol

I love the word choices!!! I got up and made coffee, enjoyed it with my husband before we turned on TV to watch the presedental inaguration [I know that spelling it wrong just too lazy to look it up]. I have puttered around this day while keeping an eye on the TV. FYI, I have not been an Obama fan but this was historic. Just got on computer to deal with email and check MyLot.

Well, let's see....I struggled to find the lamp switch, then I struggled into the kitchen, turned the coffee on....struggled into the washroom...where I proceeded to clear the cobwebs from my eyes/brain.....and then that MAGICAL beep went off! Coffee's ready.....One cuppa...mmmm,yes, and I'm fired on all pistons...and off & running! This is my day off, and my son is coming home on Friday, so I am making some pies....and his very favourite cookies; "Garlic Chocolate Chip!" Yes, you read it right....GARLIC Chocolate Chip! And they are yummy! Cheers, my dear!

I got up at 5:30 am this morning, woke my daughter up at 6am for school. I took a shower and went to work for 4 hours, went to the store to get a few things we needed at the house. Oh, I took a break to listen to Obama's speach. I have about an hour and a half before I go back to work.

I do nothing in the mornings! I have to sit here until my body adjusts to being up and my aches and pains ease. I usually drink my coffee while mylotting and answering mail or writing articles. When I can bend over again, I go outside and get my paper!

Nothing works very well. It lessens after I'm up for awhile. This is another advantage of being unemployed, I get to wake up my body slowly. When I was working the pain was a lot worse. Thanks for your concern!

I didn't do nothing either before I hopped on Mylot, wait I take it back, I did get my exercise in this morning first, then while on the computer I watched our New President get sworn in. I do have some things in the kitchen I need to do, but I don't want to do it, I'd rather sit here at the computer..lol.

I changed 2 poopy diapers, gave the youngest her antibiotic for her ear infection, made breakfast for the oldest, made oatmeal for the youngest and fed her, started a load of laundry and watched some TV. Oh, I also ate breakfast.

1. I stayed in my bed for half an hour extra figuring out the edits I wanted to make to my upcoming Slam poem. When I actually got out of bed, I wrote down the changes to the poem. 2. I woke up very early, it was 8:30, actually I woke up at 8, which is unheard of for me unless I'm in one of these crazy creative moods. 3. I had my assistant go get my laundry and go to my other assistants house and borrow her laundry key as my laundry is broken. 4. I sent an e-mail to the Florence Poets Society asking if I could have an accommodation for my echoer (the person who repeats my words when I read poetry as I have a speech impediment) at the upcoming Poetry Slam. 5. I sent a fax 10 times to the Iranian Mission to the UN voicing my objection to killing AIDS researchers because the Iranians think they were communicating with the enemy government when they came to the US. Actually, they were just talking to other researchers. Now they are up for execution. 6. I ate breakfast. It wasn't breakfast actually, it was chicken and macaroni but whatever it was at breakfast time. I guess I had a pretty busy morning as it is only 10:30 my time.

yeah,I woke up at 7:30am too.Having no breakfast,I took my laptop and went to my laboratory. There are still one and a half hour before dealing on the stock market,so I could surfing on the internet to see some important news.At 9:00am,I began to buy and sell stocks.I spend all together seven hours to look at the stock market. Finally,I fould that I 'd lost all the gain of yesterday and I was exhausted.Sometimes I wonder whether it's worthwhile to do like this.you pay a lot of time and money and lose something else, just get nothing but bad mood.Your opinion?

I haven't done much so far before hopping on mylot but I did do a little bit. I woke up and put on some warm clothes because my house is always freezing during the winter time. I also went to the bathroom and read a book for a while then I throw on the television and I got onto mylot.
