The last museum I went to was free and here in my home town. It's a clock shop (they sell clocks as their business) but they have been collecting clocks that they don't sell to display in their museum. They have a water clock made in England in 1551. It's a pretty cool place.

it's funny but i can't really remember when was the last time i had visited a museum LOL
but as far as i can remember it was ages ago since we had a field trip into a museum.
nowadays, people really don't appreciate museums. they much prefer of going and spend the day in malls and other recreational places like theme parks. and that's the sad fact.
many museums especially in the provinces are closing because of the decline of visitors every year. here in cavite, there are many museums here because this was the province that the Independence of the Philippines had taken place. Emilio Aguinaldo Shrine is one museum itself. it serves as the main base of the Filipino soldiers.
from what the news said last year, it'll be closed to the public since the management of the museum can't afford anymore to sustain the maintainance of the museum due to lack of funds. the municipal government is not responsible for that. would you believe that?

I love museums and it was last summer. I just went with a friend on a lark and we were there in Central Park.
I am always amazed about how they are put together and how art can impact the world if you see it.

I too went just a few months ago, to the new Melbourne museum, but i must say i much prefered the old musty dark museum rather than this big all glass museum, no longer the musty smell, not longer the atmosphere, I can remember when i was a little girl the old museum was rather scary but the new one looks more like a department store...sad its just not the same...

When my mum visited from New Zealand last summer. We went to the American Indian museum, Air and Space Museum and one other which I've forgotten. We had already been there once before when we arrived two years ago. We love going to museums especially my son. Good thing about these museums is that they are all free :)

I have just come home from a trip to lovely South Africa. I was traveling with my toddler son so I only visited one museum whilst there. It was the Holocaust Museum in Cape Town. It told the story of five local Jewish people that had survived the Holocaust. It told the background to World War II and detailed what happened to the Jewish people at the time in history. I was interested to see that Jewish people traveled that far away after World War II. I learned that peace is important and respect should be given to everyone, regardless of their religion.

Hi lovesummer. The last time I went to Museum was just this month when we went to Rome Italy. It was the Vatican Museum. I was so overwhelmed with all the artworks I saw. Some I find interesting and some I find just so ordinary. The entrance fee was 14euro but we also used that ticket for the Sistine Chapel entrance. It was worth every single penny we paid.

Um, I think my last visit to a museum was sometime around sept 2007. It was in old montreal, quebec. It was so nice there. It was free to get in, so I didn't have to pay. I don't remember what it was called. They had a bunch of different stuff there. Paintings, stuff from different times, like toasters, deep fryers. There was also a car and airplane room. it was really nice.

It's been years since I've been to a museum! When I lived in the Bay Area I went to the Steinhart Museum often with my family. It was there that I saw "Sandy" the Great White Shark when I was 5 years old. My mom took my sister and I there everyday for a week until they finally decided to release her (the shark) back into the wild. There was also an alligator pit and snakes. Creepy but cool! I especially liked the two headed snake that I saw there and of course the starfish. This was one museum I liked going to when I was a kid. They had so many different things to see.

We took our daughter back in August. We tried to fill her last summer before kindergarten and the birth of her baby brother with fun and education. I was pleased she seemed to enjoy the experience.

The last museum that I visited was an art museum called "Aros" and it is situated in the second largest town in Denmark. I went there with some classmates and a couple of our teachers. I had already been there, but it was interesting anyway, because it a big place and there are plenty of things to see. There are different exhibitions and different kinds of art: Paintings, sculptures, music etc. We had a guide who told us about the different exhibitions and it was very interesting, I am an artist myself and I always enjoy to see the art that other people have created.
