I know it's only the third day of the month, but I'm already behind on this site

I've calculated that in order to make payout in February (which was already a stated goal) I need to earn $0.35 per day. On February 1st, I earned $0.29 and yesterday I earned $0.03. That puts me $0.22 behind. Plus, if I don't earn $0.35 today I'll be even more behind tomorrow. I don't think I'll make payout in February at this rate.
The thing is I have two things to do this month that take me away from this site. One is the Womens Studies Center Fellowship and another is the Wheels for Wheels Poetry Fellowship applications. Both of these things are (in my opinion) more important than myLot in the long run for career planning purposes. But, neither of them pays any money so it's a trade off.
Is anyone else already feeling the time crunch for February payout?

Well, I know that there are times when even I am more active in here than others. But is always a matter of making sure I can find the time to get in here, but so far I am ahead and hope that I can keep ahead. I have a busy month as far so I am trying to keep ahead while I can as well. But remember this is only the 3rd, so you still have plenty of time and I am having Faith you can do it.

Hello There! Last month, I never made it to the payout because I got so busy with my work plus the fact I entered in a bootcamp training for 1 month. I have been so busy even until now but I think I wiill make it this month. hmm.... I hope you will reach your payout though but if not, you have a good reason why you will not be able to reach the payout since you are too busy with other activities... Just relax and stay happy! I have to get .45 cents for today to catch up. I'm glad I'm not the only one keeping track of these things. I hope to increase my earnings each month after I get a feel for things. This is my first full month so I'll have to update you when we get closer to the end of the month. Good Luck!

If I were you, I'd focus on your long term goals (the applications) and try for a larger March payout. It's less stress this way. Of course, you might need the money by then, I don't know what you have planned.
I didn't do much in January, so I'm starting February with a tiny bit of a balance. So i guess I'm on track to make payout, but I'll probably get distracted again - I have a lot going on in my life right now.

Well, I am not behind for this month as I am almost to payout. However, I didn't make payout last month so I am sort of behind in a way. I am hoping that I can make close to $20 this month since I didn't make it last month. I would also like to earn on another site this month and I will be cashing in some gift cards this month so I should have a fairly good earnings month for February. The best thing to do is set your goals here and make sure that you meet them. I wish you the best in all that you are doing.

I often feel this every month. Each month I start off with an initial plan to try and reach payout in that month but after a couple of days i'm a little behind and by the end of the month I still have a good few dollars left to earn.
However I take a different approach to it now. Although reaching payout every month is great it's much easier to accomplish over the space of two months instead. I know it involves waiting a little while longer for your earnings but it's much more realisitic as something to aim for.
I have always made it a challenge of mine to make a dollar here in one day although as of yet I still haven't been lucky enough to do it. One day I hope to though and this is perhaps what I largely focus my time on now instead of reaching payout.

Yeah, I can feel it now, too.
I don't know if this is a good thing, but I didn't make the payout on January, so I have three dollars 26 cents in. I need to respond to nine discussions or make an interesting discussion to make up for it though.
AND--YES. The crunch, darnit.

i would really like to make a payout, but.... i won't be crushed if i don't...
although.. i am curious.. what is the number of messages you should do in a day to get payout at the end of the month ?

i just started several days ago.i suppose maybe i could make payout after one year or longer. it's really a long way to make payout.um...i have to work hard.

i am also already behind on this site... in fact, i am always behind and can hardly earn $10 in a month because i have a full time job as well and don't have enough time to spend here... anyway, i don't really mind as i am only trying to have fun here... take care and have a nice day...

I'm moving a little slow on Mylot this month as well. I shouldn't have a hard time reaching payout though because I didn't make it in January but I am just a little over $3 from it. I am hoping to reach it real soon so I can make a little more than $10 in my paypal from this site in March. I really can't believe sometimes how hard I will work for a very small amount of money. I really wish it were easier. But perhaps someday it will be.

yes, you are definitely off-mark here and if you don’t buck up and move fast enough, the gap will keep on widening. Its useful to set a deadline on a daily basis, even I do the same. But I could not reach payout in January due to some problems which prevented me from mylotting. I was behind by about one dollar…anyway I would be reaching payout soon and its only the first week of feb…so let’s see how much I can make in Feb so that will be a good payout in March.

Me too. I'm behind my goal. But i can't really blame on anything or anyone because i have been busy and not very active or as active as i want to.
But yes, i'm already feeling the "heat". THough it's only the 4th day of the month for me.

I can already see that I will never make payout in any given month. I do not have enough time to devote to one site. I have spread myself too thin. And of course, I spend the most time where I get the most money. I think this is a cool site, and I enjoy the discussions. But it is not going to be a money maker for me.
