Are PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS really worth it?

Hello everyone!
I just want to ask if they really are worth it. because some people say they aren't because the muscle mass that you'll gain will just be fat in the long run while some violently disagree that that happens.
What do you guys think?

Listen, protein supplements are not an o0bligation if you work out. If you're an athlete who just wants to keep the shape between seasons, well eat right and you'll find what you want, but if you ntraiun to improve your performance, well yes, go for it, but don't take more than it's written on the box, you can have articulation problems if you take too much for too long, and I presume you don't want than. Beside that, there is not risk at all of taking proteins, in fact, it's even good for you if you do a lot of sports. If you are really trying to see results in the gym you might want to take a look to this site.

can muscle turn to fat? yes. but so can anythin else your body. this is called atrophy. this results from periods of severe inactivity. I'm talking months of being bed ridden. now for a little biology lesson: when you work out your muscles tear. they remain torn for the rest of the day. when you go to bed that night your body repairs its muscles. protein aids in this process. if you take a protein shale before you go to bed(preferably something made of casein protein) your body has the extra protein it needs during sleep. This will allow you to wake up in the morning without feeling stiff and sore. What that means is that you can get back into the gym quicker doing the same excercises with more weight. that is where you will ultimately see your gains. protein shakes are called supplements for a reason. they are there to help you gain muscle, not to build it soley. now if you are looking to gain muscle while also burning fat and getting ripped (im talking about a 6 or 8 pack!) check out this: rickfit.blogspot.com . I hope that helps!

I am not really sure about protein supplements value, but I keep reading that without adequate protein one can not gain any significant muscle tone.
