Does it ever happen to you that you just feel like you browse and browse to one pages through another, reading titles and for some reason, you can't find a discussion that you want to respond to? I do, sometimes, or maybe I'm thinking I'm just picky. Does it happen to you guys?

Sometimes, that happens. Or sometimes my mind just don't work. But, most of the time, I have a hard time finding good discussions or that interests me. I encounter discussions that are repeatedly posted or with similar topics. It is very tiring to respond to discussions having similar topic with a previous discussion that I had responded.

I can relate to that, and you kept saying what you've just said the previous discussion, that's just tiring.

So, far you're the only who answered no. That's a good thing. Glad to know that you're not having a hard time finding one. I know that there's a lot of interesting discussions around here. Like I said, maybe I'm just being picky. Hope that you'll continue to respond more.

Yes! I think I do almost everyday. The first thing that I do when I am in front of the computer is to check mylot. So, I almost spend my whole day here but I will find out that I just answered to few discussions. Sometimes, it is because of my mood but often times because of the quality of the topic.

I would have to agree. Sometimes, it depends on the mood like right now, I don't feel like responding to any discussions at all, lol.

Yes most of the time. I am not picky but is just i prefer to respond to those i can relate and that have something to share. You know mylot community is getting bigger and now its really difficult to browse as you would really have to dig and for me its kinda difficult because i had only limited time and what happen mostly when i browse and browse it would only eat my time and ending up without responding anyone. So far right now, at least i can respond for some discussion i can relate and i am hoping to find more. happy mylotting!

Yes, this does happen to me, occasionally. There are just some days, when it happens that there aren't any discussions that seem interesting to me, to respond to. There are some days when it happens, and it makes it a little more difficult to take part in discussion, when there aren't many that seem all that appealing, or interesting.

I guess it all depends on how many users are online on a certain time. The more users, the more post of discussions to choose from.

Oh yes, it happen to me many times. There were times that I feel like logging out and come back in a few hours until I can find topic that I am interested in to respond. I also experienced that browsing and browsing and only to waste my time because I can't find something to respond to and I am spending like an hour almost just for browsing and selecting for topics to respond? hahaha...

I can relate so much. That's exactly how I'm feeling sometimes. That's why I started this discussion to see what others think about it. Thanks for responding!

I usually go through and respond to all of my friends, and then I choose a couple of the hot topics of the day. Sometimes the conversations are not very interesting, but I figured I must have added them for a reason, so I'll stick with them even good or bad, and wait for more good that is to come.

That's cool, positive thinking makes a lot. I might search and search for good discussions for, say an hour long, if I feel like I don't have much to do and it's worth it but lately, I'm just overwhelmed with work so I don't have the opportunity to do that, that's why I think I'm not finding good discussions long enough. Thanks for your respond.

YES, I have really been feeling that way lately. I find that if I'm on here too frequently I just seem to go over and over the same discussions and don't find anything new and interesting. Sometimes taking a break for a day or two helps but I like Mylot as something to do at work when I'm bored! Oh well, I guess I need to start thinking of someinteresting discussions to start!

Yeah, I guess that's it. When you don't have anything to respond. Just start a discussion.

yes i feel it i keep on searching for a nice discussion to respond i open many discussion but just close them because i don't know anything about that topic if at all i did not find any nice discussion i myself will start creating a new discussion. If i did not get any topic to create a discussion then i simply close the computer and do some other work and i will check back again to see if some discussions are created or not.

Thanks then, you know, that you're in the mood to respond to my discussion. Glad to know that I'm just not the only one who's experiencing that. Well, hope that you're in a good mood to answer so many discussions. Happy Mylotting.

Yes, that's what I've been doing for the last 20 minutes, reading over a few then trying to come up with a real good answer, then figure it's not worth posting anything because it would only be a line or two and then I would waste their time on reading my response. If i can't find anything usually with in 30 minutes of time I just log out and go do something else and pop back on here later, and still nothing, figure tomorrow's another day of mylotting.

I guess that's a good thing to do, you know, just log out and check it out later, find a better time to search for discussions that we feel like responding. I do that, too. I log out when I don't see a good one for so long that I feel like I'm just wasting my time.

Yes I think it's hard to find a discussion sometimes, especially after you've been here on and off all day. The discussions stop moving for a bit or whatever and you have to catch another line of thought. I say don't push it. If I'm feeling picky about what I want to talk about I start a discussion and hope people pick up on it. Good question to think on though! Happy Night!

Thanks. I started this discussion actually 'cause I really don't find anything to respond to, that's why it came up to my mind and wondering if others feel the same way too. :)

There are days that it's more interesting than others. I usually find a few discussions to put my 2 cents into.

Yes, it happened to me many times and it's a waste of time trying to find discussions i can and am interested to repond to. I like the days when i see many good discussions but can't pick one to respond to haha. That is why my number of posts doesn't increase much in a week. I think i'm picky too but i see i'm not the only one. Someone opened this type of discussion before so you're definitely not the only one complaining. It's not too bad these days i think, because it seems more people are comming onto mylot, maybe because of the economic crisis and people are trying to earn a side income. gd luck to finding better discussions.

It's happening to me, right now. I feel like I want to see a discussion with that specific question I have in my mind, but I'm too lazy to make said discussion myself. It's not easy to respond to discussions I am not even familiar about, so it's easier to look for ones that are more relatable to my personally.

Not till now. I have picked up enough of interests to find interesting discussions I would like to reply at. I think there are many great topics to give an answer to. If you can't find any good discussion, start your own and take a part of it.

Agree it's very frustrating to browse and browse and has nothing to add on. Even worse is that unable to find interesting topic to start a discussion also. Sometimes browse whole day just to earn a miserable 11 cents. Not even enough to pay for the electricity usage for using computer.
