- use lot of coconut oil
- have good sleep
- eat healthy food
- I use a oil of 'Chameli or Hibiscus', you can get only in India or some indian stores outside india also. This is really useful.

Well, I heard the eating a lot of protein also makes your hair grow. I would try that.

There's nothing you can do if you have fine hair that will change it to thick hair. I have fine hair and it stops growing once it reaches a little below my shoulders. A sylist told me a long time ago that it's self preservation. The hair shaft is thin and the root is small. The longer your hair gets, the heavier it gets, so it will stop growing before the weight causes it to fall out. Keeping your hair in the best shape possible, frequent trims and using quality products along with eating a healthy diet helps but you can't change nature.

Though it is not possible to change the basic hair what u r born with, but proper care helps.
-at least 8-9 glasses of water a day.
-gooseberries to prevent them from greying.
-oil massage twice a month
-massaging the scaplp with finger tips in circular motion
-egg does work
-sprots and dals in diet
-good sleep
And don't get into this vicious circle of Hair fall-tension-hair fall.
