Some people told me to drink at least 8 big cups of water each day, it is necessary. I knew it is good for my healthy, but to be honest, I could not reach that level.
I only drink when I feel thirsty, because I often forget that.
And you, mylotter, do you always drink water in everyday life?

..water is really very important to our body especially in maintaining the right circulation of blood and oxygen in our body parts.. And it is found out that we need to drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday to maintain our health.. However, it doesn't only mean water.. It is actually liquids.. could be soup or other kinds of juice.. When I was pregnant, I really force myself to drink lots of water.. but now, I just drink sparingly.. Maybe I can only drink up to 4 glasses now..

Hi,mjanne.I can say I'm a "water person",LOL....I keep a habit of drinking much water any time. But,when I was yonug,I hated to drink water too.My Mum always adviced even forced me to drink water,it was so disgustful I think,it was dull, tasteless ....in a word,I couldn't understand why my Mum always compel me to do something uninteresting .Later,I growed up,I have learned that water is the source of life,it's a necessary substance for life-sustaining and it plays a critical role in maintaining health.Besides, water can improve one's looks as well as can be helpful to those who want to reduce weight. In view of the above-mentioned facts, from now on,let's drink as much water as we can, especialy girls and those who want to maitain a slender body.
Great day to you !

I just started a new discussion about water. you mentioned a lot of things that I didn't know about water, such as antidepressant, anti-insomnia, anti-cancer. I wish I had known these things before I started my discussion. I knew that it was good to enhance immunity, though. About the anti-insomnia, though, it would keep you up going to the bathroom all night, wouldn't it? I know it does me if I drink so late. thank you for posting this. Kathy.

all i can drink is around 1 to three cups of water per day, though i know i need to drink lots and lots of water, around 1 to 2 liters of water per day. i am not much of a water drinker so i got urinary tract infection and kidney stones. so if you do not want to suffer UTI and kidney stones, drink lots and lots of water. and lessen softdrinks, tea, and coffee

So far I'm still wondering if the said drinking at least 8 cups of wafer each day is really scientific. I had seen a report that only 3 cups of wafer daily is enough to our body. For me, I don't have a regular drinking habit, yes, as the same with some mylotter that I will drink depends on how thirsty I am. During my office hours, I can keep at least 3 cups of wafer a day even more whereas I will forget drinking water at the weekend as I may take most of the time roaming outside...so I will only drink when I feel really thirsty...If anyone of you have such report on how many cups of wafer that a human will need to drink a day, appreciate you can publicize and share with us...thanks

I am guilty of not drinking 8 cups of water per day. As a matter of fact I do not drink any water during the day. Usually it is coffee and pop or juice that I drink. For some reason when I drink water I feel like I am drowning. I am not sure if it has to do with the fact that I almost drowned when I was a kid or not. But it could be.
