Do you drink enough water everyday

Some people told me to drink at least 8 big cups of water each day, it is necessary. I knew it is good for my healthy, but to be honest, I could not reach that level. I only drink when I feel thirsty, because I often forget...

i had some good friends when i was student.we really had fun together at that time.But after graduating,most of them are seem busy we seldome kept contact each other.sometime i wanted to call,i missed our friendship ,but i didn't...

firstqqdy I don't have good friends more than 5 years,too.Now I am a college shudent,I find I have few friends,because we seldoem kept contact each other when we all graduated.I hope we can have chance to get together.

Nowadays many young ladys changed the color of their hair. Dye a lovely color for you hair is really nice. There are many kinds of colors you can choose, black, wine red, yellow, brown, even green or bright pink...... I never dye...
