What did you had for lunch today?

I had quite a boring lunch. A sandwhich, apple and some pretzels.

today my lunch was coconut rice with egg fry..daily i used to take lunch to college..usually i used to take lunch like fried rice,tomato rice..i don't like Dosi and idly for my lunch..my lunch will not be very healthy.. but i wont take oil food as my lunch..but i like to have lunch in restaurant with my friends..

Hi there dropofrain!Today, I was in-charge of preparing lunch. My mom requested that I cook fried chicken. She really wanted this for lunch. Well, I did cook fried chicken for lunch. I prepared a special mushroom gravy sauce to go with it. Because I am off work due to our Christmas break, I have much time to prepare lunch everyday until I have to go back to work.

Just an hour ago, I had lunch with my friend in a market. I was supposed to have papaya fruit for lunch because I'm not really hungry but she insisted on buying something to prevent me from starving so I had a cup of rice, a saucer of fried noodles, a dish of vegetables with coconut meat, and a bottle of soda.

My sister came up to visit today and we had lunch together. We had the choice of a beautiful salad bar. All the food was fresh and good. I also opted for a nice bowl of soup. It was a lunch filled with good food and pleasant conversation. It was a real pleasure not to have to eat at home as usual. It was fun to see how many different types of food we could pile on that salad plate before it started to tip off the plate. We didn't let a piece of it go to waste.

I had an ordinary lunch 4 hours ago, not quite special. I ate a bowl of hot chicken soup with fried onion above it. It was so yummy in this rainy day. Eating something hot to warm our body. And also i had a full glass of carrot juice without ice. I would like to drink something hot too,like hot tea, but the stock of tea in my home was empty. I ussualy take a lunch everyday, except when i am very busy until forget to eat.

I didn't wake up til around ll:00am (online til almost 4:30am). I had my normal breakfast of oatmeal with cinnamon and raises and a mug of green tea. I supposed you could say this was my brunch. I don't usually, as a rule, eat lunch. The oatmeal sticks to my ribs. I really pretty much eat when I feel hungry.

Today I had corn soup and a chinese pork dish with rice for lunch. Will be having this same pork dish till Saturday. I cooked a big pot on Monday and there's only my husband and me in the apartment so I will reheat the dish which has a lot of other ingredients other than lean meat pork inside such as chinese mushroom, soya skin, fried beancurd, potatos, garlics and lots of gravy. This is a traditional chinese dish. Actually both of us have been eating this dish for the past 3 weeks. I cooked the same in the beginning of the week. My husband said cook again cook again because it was delicious so I cooked again. We never got tired of it. Each time I reheat the dish, I would add two hard boil eggs into. The hard boil eggs are only boiled each time we have lunch so as to eat the eggs fresh and not overnight. But as for soup we are having the last portion of corn soup today. I would cook fresh soup again tomorrow. My lunchtime has mostly been eaten together with my husband as we both work from home. Even if he goes out for errands or me, we would wait for each other to have our meal together. Having meals together is very important.

I had leftovers...spaghetti with garlic bread. YUM

Hi friend! I have lunch everyday I dont skip the lunch. I carry my lunch form home but we friends share the lunch .Today it was a routine one all have brought sabji and roti we shared the sabji that taste different from different people. We enjoy eating our lunch together from office. Happy myloting and have a nice day.

i am viewing your discussion after 23 hours from the time you started it and hence it is next day for me to respond to it. i have just not even had my breakfast we have just got up and got fresh and i had come online to check my mails and now i have to still freshen up my child and feed him and also take my breakfast and then i have to think for my lunch. yes it is normal day for me and there is nothing special and i would not prepare anything special and would continue with regular food items.

I had some Popeye's fried SPICY chicken and biscuits with red beans and rice, and a large Dr. Pepper to drink. I haven't had that type of meal in a few months, so it was definitely a treat to be able to indulge in that festivities, especially on someone else's dime. A good friend of mine treated me to lunch today. Normally, I either eat lunch at our Cafe at work, or I'll grab a bite at a local restaurant near our place of employment. Our cafe although seems like a regular routine, they really serve great meals. They have a variety of desserts, at least a hot meal to chose over a cold sandwich, chips, or pasta salad, or a sandwich wrap.

today we had in lunch ,fish gravy curry with rice ,and i have also taken rasam ,one vegetable curry,and one chutney. and lastly we eat rice with curd or buttermilk. if we prepare any nonveg item in house,it will be special lunch in our house. generally we prepare once in a week ,any nonveg item. and once in a week we will eat outside any non veg item.

I'm not sure that I even had anything for lunch. I just kinda skipped over it. However, we are working in supper right now. We're having homemade pizza, using a Chef BoyRDee Mix. I just wasn't that hungry for lunch today.

I had some currys in my freezer that I took to share with my friend and her daughter it was a lovely lunch and it was very tasty.

I cooked tuna for lunch. It's just one of the regular food that I cook. Then my husband prepared a melon shake. A simple dish but a truly sumptuous one.

I usually have lunch at the company's canteen. But i have to order the take-out these days because the kitchener who has an operation this week ask for several days' off. It becomes a torturing thing for me to decide what to order every day. I wish our kitchener would recover soon.

i have my lunch in my firm everyday except for the weekend's lunches. today is friday.i will have my lunch in my firm.we will eat two kinds of vegetables and a soup and pork.the vegetables are including turuip,cabbage,tomato,bean and eggs. i like eating all kinds of vegetables.i don't like all kinds of meat but fish.
