Daylight savings time - love it or leave it today?

The only thing about day-light savings I like is "fall back", I could do without spring forward! I think everyone enjoys getting an extra hour in their day! But can understand getting angry when an hour is taken away from you too!

I love daylight savings time. The winter is short and dark, and without daylight savings time, it would be even shorter. Summers are my favorite time, because the days are longer and it is lighter outside. I find that in the summer, I can stay up later, because who wants to go to bed when it is still daylight out. Sometimes, I think I have SAD, because of the lack of sunshine in the winter. I am so happy that they changed the time change to Nov 1st in the fall as well, extra daylight hours!!
