I'm losing body weight, so fast :o

Hi all I have discovered a fantastic diet.. Well it's not really a diet. Last week, someone said to me that I drank to much cola, I drank a bottle a day, about 3000 calories, just with the cola. So I decided to give that up, it should improve my health. I also decided to work out more, and to start jogging again on a regular basis, with my dog :D I am doing this now for almost a week, and I have already lost about 1-2 kilo's. My stomach looks slimmer, feels slimmer and is slimmer. Just a bit further and I can see my muscles ;) :D That's what I am aiming for, hopefully I can keep up this ^^ Anyone else know some tips ? Thx

This is an interesting post. I have been trying to lose weight especially my tummy but not once successful. If what you did is effective I would be happy to follow it so that I will be able to reduce some of my weight. Thank you for sharing.

Take stacker 2 or 3 diet pills and youll drop the weight faster than i can smack a fly off a dgos butt! seriously it really works...

Exercise is the best option it not only help reducing weight,but also tones ur body.Besides u can start ur day by taking lemon and 1 tsp honey in warm water.Take plenty of water throughout the day.Instead of dieting take food in regular intervals.Eat after every 3 hours,not full diet but something lite.Take breakfast,then after 3 hrs eat fruits,then lunch,after 2-3hrs juice,in evening tea/coffee with 2 biscuits or anything light and then dinner. For faster results u can take green tea,and a glass of warm water half an hour after every meal. It is easy to gain but hard to loose weight.But keep it up and in 4 months u will see the result.

Jog in the morning time. The body burns the body fats directly else it burns the food in the stomach which is not very effective.Also reduction of eating anythings between meals will help.

good for you.that's a nice thing to hear.Ive been planning to loose some weight too but I cant control myself.I know I can do it but its just hard at first.Anyways,good luck and be great!hope to read more improvements..

It's a good news that you give up your every day's cola. Yes, though cola can give us a happy feeling when we drink it, but it has no nutrition, with its high calories, it only can make us more and more fat. And, it will do harm to your teeth and bones. So it's a good idea to give up it. Refer to keep fit, I suggest that you drink a cup of water with honey and vinegar when you get up and before the breakfast. It will do help to your intestines and make toxin of your body go out more easily.

I would love to loose weight that way but I never drank cola in the first place and I do not have a dog to jog with. Apart form that tips you aksed for one of mine is drinking plenty of water early in the morning that makes you loose weight really rapidly. Even having some lie juice in lukewarm water after every meal also helps to cut down calories. Try them my hubby lost weight that way.

This is so true! Good for you NrgDfenZ. I have a friend who would Drink Pepsi every day. He would buy the big turbo bottles and drink glasses and glasses a day and at night. His teeth started to deteriorate but also he was hefty. I kept telling him to stop drinking the Pepsi when he kept complaining about his weight but them his teeth. One day he did and the rest is history. No more tooth problems and he lost a lot of weight, just like that. When I was a kid, we always had a pot of tea on in the house. I would drink it with milk. Then I moved, I stopped drinking the tea and suddenly I lost a bunch of weight. Salt can also make us retain water which also add to the pounds we feel we are carrying. Stop eating salt and watch the weight drop. Recently I started cutting out a most carbohydrates. No more bread or flour products at all, no pasta or rice and I love rice. I have managed to begin trimming down. In addition I remain active. So reducing carbohydrates is a great idea. I also started eating more nuts and seeds. If you drink a tall glass of water with Psyllium husk stirred in and drink quickly, as well as including a good live vegetable salad a day this will help get your bowels moving. We need regular bowel movement in addition to all else to aid our weight loss regims. Good luck to you and keep up the great work towards loosing weight.

Don't worry first of all if you are overweight. You can drink one spoon honey in lukewarm water daily morning. This will help you in reducing weight. second thing I know is drink water in between meals. This makes you eat less and you reduce weight. Include skipping in your exercise its a good exercise for reducing weight. Do not take any medicine for reducing weight, that might be harmful. Recently i read in newspaper that people taking medicines for weight reducing have turned so skinny that they too regret for the treatment. To make your body in shape and flexible go for gym, do yoga. One of my friend was 110kgs. She continued seriously with her gym even after having a hectic schedule and now i saw her after 6 months, it was unbelievable she weighs 65kgs.

wao that's GREAT! i guess for me it's not that i drink cola or sugar-ed drinks. but i snack too much. I might just give that up and perhaps start exercising too. =)

that is so wonderful.... way to go!!! I think that is great that you are already losing and yes giving up cola is a big thing that can help you lose weight pretty fast... I have done that... and it is easier to do in the summer than the winter, I tend to do a lot of hot chocolate in the winter which I know is all calories, and cola in the spring/fall... but summer I can do the water with lemon in it...or with a splash of fruit juice so that it has a touch of flavor... LOL good luck and keep it up...that is the best you can do!!

Nrg- That's one of the best things you could have done, giving up soda (cola). Soda has a way of stretching the cell walls, especially that of the skin cells so you'll notice a firming the more you tone. Jogging is good, but I've heard walking is the best exercise (Dr. Weil), for those who might read this and be starting out. The best piece of advise I can give you is to continue exercising daily doing cardio at least 5 days per week for 60 minutes per day, strength work at least 3 days per week, and some sort of flexibility training at least 3 days per week. Drink water daily as it's the best for you, and eat a well balanced diet free of processed foods. Namaste-Anora

Hey wow thats really impressive as to how you lost your weight, but can you tell me one thing please. i dont get time to go out and jog but i try it doing on the spot and try dieting too. i dont think it will help me much should try your funda but ya i dont get time to sleep even i sleep at night 1 or 2 max and get up by 6.30 or 7.00 am for college go to college and come back till 6 in evening so i cant do it you see. :( any more good things you got? btw really happy that you lost some weight i am trying for me

good for you. i try to lose some weight but i didn't do it. i avoid drinking cola or other juices. you can try not to eat in the evening, maybe some fruits. i promise i will go to the gym, when i have time. be proud of yourself, you did something great. maybe i will folow your steps and lose weught too.

Wow... congratulations!!! I wish I have the same energy as you do. Also, cola really possess the ability to make us fat, not only that it, it's not good for the health in general. Do you know that it can contribute to have diabetes?

Wow, this is really a good new to hear. Cola is full of calaries and it makes people to gain weight. Becoming fat is in relation to our diet. If we eat in an unhealthy way, it will be hard for us to keep fit. Also I like the way you do exercise. Jogging with your dog is a good way to keep fit for both. I always see people taking dogs for a walk. About the tips, I think doing sports regularly is the most important way. You need to stick to it. Then you surely will lose weight. :)

that's fantastic . u can also lose a lot of weight by adding a lot of proteins in ur diet.protein shake are really yummy-try it out.
