what Exercises u r underatking mostly ??

i dedicate 2 full hours for workout.. not specifically for a particular body part for total body building.

Depends on your goals I guess..
Building muscle - 30 mins max, keeping intensity high - Compound exercises such as deadlift, squat, bench press, clean+press.
Losing weight - 45 mins to an hour. Crosstrainer, Treadmill for 20 mins each at 75% max heart rate.
